服務環境都還可以，周邊比較安靜！旁邊有條河，冬天來結冰了，看起來還是挺不錯的！房間裏面很暖和，暖氣很足，如果冬天來沒必要開空調了，不然熱得你受不了！

房間寬敞乾淨，衞生很好，早餐品種不少，煮蛋，煎蛋，中式西式都有，而且不到8點就開始了。我們是天黑才到酒店，早上太陽還沒露頭我們就出發了。感覺服務還不錯！

環境：除了風沙天氣，其他好，周邊吃飯方便且新疆特色，🍴服務好，烤包子好吃到撐，周邊天鵝河風景不錯，超市補給方便，水果種類繁多，都可以滿足我們的需要，衹是房價略高，如果能夠低一些那就更完美了。

預訂的河景房，貌似沒有見到河，窗户看出去是一個小區。服務態度挺好，預訂高級雙床房，進店後升級了豪華雙床，雖然沒看出來有什麼區別。設施有些陳舊，房頂一個筒燈掉出，床單也有破損。

他們家入住體驗挺好的，房間非常幹爭，床品舒適，早餐是自助的，比較豐富，儉置就在天鵝河旁適，交通也便利。還有健身房，閑暇時間可以去鍛鍊一下身體，非常不錯，前台服務很好，看問題及時給處理，這點讓我感覺非常貼心。

一家人來新疆玩，庫爾勒中轉時選擇了這家酒店~很不錯，離景區很近旁邊就是天鵝河，酒店的保安也很熱情的，剛剛進去酒店就來幫忙拉行李，酒店前台24小時有人，半夜要水也會給送，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐還給我們免費升級啦~服務挺好的房間挺乾淨的，衞生間也可以，住的非常舒服。

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店的服務態度特別好，酒店的位置也很方便，房間一次性的用品也非常好，房間幹爭衞生，服務態度也很好!周到禮貌，很不錯，下次還是會選擇這家酒店。超讚!附近就是天鵝河，離博物館也很近，可以去逛逛，推薦！
