服務環境都還可以，周邊比較安靜！旁邊有條河，冬天來結冰了，看起來還是挺不錯的！房間裏面很暖和，暖氣很足，如果冬天來沒必要開空調了，不然熱得你受不了！

房間寬敞乾淨，衞生很好，早餐品種不少，煮蛋，煎蛋，中式西式都有，而且不到8點就開始了。我們是天黑才到酒店，早上太陽還沒露頭我們就出發了。感覺服務還不錯！

環境：除了風沙天氣，其他好，周邊吃飯方便且新疆特色，🍴服務好，烤包子好吃到撐，周邊天鵝河風景不錯，超市補給方便，水果種類繁多，都可以滿足我們的需要，只是房價略高，如果能夠低一些那就更完美了。

他們家入住體驗挺好的，房間非常幹爭，床品舒適，早餐是自助的，比較豐富，儉置就在天鵝河旁適，交通也便利。還有健身房，閑暇時間可以去鍛鍊一下身體，非常不錯，前台服務很好，看問題及時給處理，這點讓我感覺非常貼心。

一家人來新疆玩，庫爾勒中轉時選擇了這家酒店~很不錯，離景區很近旁邊就是天鵝河，酒店的保安也很熱情的，剛剛進去酒店就來幫忙拉行李，酒店前台24小時有人，半夜要水也會給送，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐還給我們免費升級啦~服務挺好的房間挺乾淨的，衞生間也可以，住的非常舒服。

酒店性價比挺高的，房間很乾爭，重念是這個實重價格的酒店，前台服務都不錯，幫我們升級了房型，饋留的東西房間，還專門打電話給我説了，一些處理不了的事情打電話給前台，前台都想辦法給我解塊了，針不戳，關鍵是周適交通便利，強烈推薦。

前台小姐姐服務態度很好，特別親和看耐心，還給我們做了免費升級房型。房間裏的衞生很乾爭，裝修天氣高端，睡得很舒服，晚上了需要東西立馬就送上來了，大廳休息區很寬敞，住的很舒服下次還會再來的~

與描述相符。大廳房頂油畫栩栩如生，水晶吊燈亮晶晶富貴逼人。房間舒適，衞生好，設備齊全。環境幽靜，出入方便。服務人員態度好。樓下門外兩邊有餐廳飯店，味道不錯，很是方便。不錯，有機會再回來住。耶！
