房間很乾凈，隔音也好，酒店離孔雀河，大巴扎，都不遠，住的25層，視野很不錯，住的也很舒適，前台工作人員也很有素質。
衞生：保持的很乾凈
環境：很舒服的風格

房間裏方方面面中規中矩，樓下有吃飯的地方，唯一不太理想的是這次五一出行人比較多，樓下沒有足夠的停車位置。

房間挺大就是設施太舊，衞生間洗漱台都爛的掉皮了，而且外面窗户玻璃臟的要死，根本就看不到個什麼庫爾勒夜景，我住過很多維也納酒店，但目前最差的就是這次的入住很差勁覺得也不值那個價，忘了拍圖片不然也就上傳了

差評，早上就打電話問退不退房？已經説了3點退房，中午又打電話過來問？是什麼意思？服務態度太差，在攜程上訂的這是服務最差的酒店了

前台服務員工作不認真，我訂單備註不要走廊盡頭的房間，還是給安排的是走廊盡頭的房間，下去換房間另外一個服務員竟然説她們一般不看備註，我是無語了，第二天的前台服務員態度特別特別差，我退房的的幾分鐘裏黑着臉低着頭回答問題，前台應該沒有培訓就上崗了，酒店管理人員對酒店老闆和品牌方太不負責任了，現在使用攜程訂房越來越不好了 ，酒店基本都是給的尾房和畸形房，部分酒店對攜程用户提出的合理要求不予理睬態度惡劣

酒店內部設施、環境和衞生條件都不錯，早點建議可以豐富一點，提供有一點新疆特色的餐飲更好，體現出大美新疆的特色

距離城中心較遠，出城方便。衞生間地面抹了一堆膠質的東西，淋浴區有點滑。距離電梯太近行人噪音太大，擾民。

正常的維也納，還算乾淨衞生。就是衞生間的透明玻璃總覺得讓人不適，後期加上樂捲簾，結果側面還是漏了一大截，真是讓人尷尬😳啊。。
其他普普通通吧，配套普通，有點陳舊。
