前台的***服務態度超級差！！！！和安保大姐還有四川口音的兩個姐姐都能和諧溝通除了跟最老的那個大嬸無法正常溝通！有點像東北口音 説話沒有一個服務行業專用詞 開口就是命令人的口氣！訂的套房顯示有2人早餐，也根本沒被告知早餐幾點在哪裡吃！怪不得別的酒店都爆滿這個裡麪個個都是敞開門的空房！樓道還有裝修垃圾！主要就是因為8月2日晚在前台給人辦入住的大嬸服務態度極差讓人放大了對該酒店的不滿！

入住體驗非常差，衞生間異味，整個房子都是下水道的味道，讓客服換房間，也不給換，房間空間很小，洗臉池的水龍頭，一碰就掉了，以後不會再住這個賓館，
