和家人朋友一起旅行，訂了兩個房間，因為標間設備設施有嚴重問題，無法住，一行人5大1小擠在這個套間裏休息。並且套間也有問題，衞生間沒有換氣扇，多處電線都是裸露的，淋浴龍頭都是壞的，漏水還立不起來，牆面還到處都是破洞。我就想知道，像我這樣帶着長者小孩出行的客人，入住套間，在衞生間這個需要大量用水的地方，電線裸露，漏點出來事故，你們店家和平台想好了要承擔什麼樣的責任，還是你們就不希望客人使用衞生間，可能嗎？當晚跟店家跟攜程協商到快1點也沒有結果，攜程客服安撫我，讓我們先休息，結果最後房錢我要照付，這是吃準了旅客都是本地人，沒時間跟店家掰扯，所以有恃無恐的欺客坑客。

網上顯示面積22平米，實際9平米。網上顯示的圖片房屋空間還行，實際空間連行李箱都沒地方打開，後續和老闆溝通，老闆表示照片是網上傳錯了，已經下架更改。面積和圖片一配，誰能猜出是這麼小的房間呢？虛假宣傳，我就差去工商局投訴了
