It's a very good hotel. It's clean and hygienic. There's a shoe polishing machine in the lobby. The room is spacious and clean. There's just a small room in the triple room that's really inconvenient to get in and out of. Otherwise, it's fine. The location is a little bit off.

自駕遊南疆，就是為了觀賞胡楊樹；到達庫爾納後入住玉瀾庭酒店。酒店的位置不錯，門口有停車位，停好車後要把行李抬上數級台階才能到達酒店大堂；酒店的設施設備不錯，感覺是很新的裝修，房間內也很寬敞，床鋪被子很整潔。美中不足的是熱水量不足，等到半夜1:00，水温還是很低，不能洗澡；一直到第二天早上八點多，才舒服地洗了個熱水澡。

第一次到新疆，看了一下地圖離博物館不遠，就盲定了這家，到了放下包第一時間去博物館參觀很方便，對面就有商業，吃飯也很方便。饢坑烤肉和紅柳烤肉值得推薦

環境：還行，推薦一下旁邊的湘菜館湘遇味道不錯，我們到庫爾勒已經很晚了，廚師下班了被叫回來給我們做菜。

地理位置：附近吃東西比較方便
衞生條件：房間裏是地毯，不是很乾凈，衞生間吊頂缺少，直接能看到管道。
服務人員：不知道是哪裡，一直髮出噪音，給前台打了電話，小姐姐第一次過來看説沒事，不影響。後來睡覺的時候，吵的實在睡不着覺，給前台打電話沒人接，通過平台聯繫商家也沒人理。整個一夜基本睡不到覺。
睡眠條件：不知道誰採購的這個枕頭，但我能肯定他肯定沒試用，枕頭高的不行，把我逼的枕的礦泉水瓶。
如果不是長途開車累的不想起，肯定不能在這睡了。差評！

酒店位置很好找，停車也方便，但是衞生太差，枕頭上有血跡，床單上有頭髮，根本就沒換，自帶床單睡覺了，如果不是當天開車太久了累的不想折騰肯定要換房。而且停水，馬桶都沖不了，搞啥呀，中央空調關了還有聲音，吵得心煩住的最差的一次。唯獨老闆服務態度好。

門口可以停車，房間隔音效果好，朝小區睡覺安靜，馬桶床品乾淨，服務態度好，位置適中，去哪都方便。過道地毯上多處小垃圾，跟前台提出後仍未整改
