庫爾勒和潤賓館位於巴音郭楞蒙古自治州庫爾勒市經濟開發區和順農產品交易市場，農資都在這邊，對於業務員相當友好。唯一缺點就是晚上有點荒涼了

剛開業的時候來住過，感覺很不錯，現在來酒店車開不進來，説什麼展銷會，車開不進來，停到市場外面，房間一層灰，最起碼的鋪地毯感覺酒店連個地毯機都沒有，白地毯都成黑色了，看起來很噁心，房間沒有WIFI打給前台，前台説話感覺我*****，不會用給他們沒事找事，東西比較多，不是沒網鬼才懶的換房間，一次性拖鞋沒有，最起碼的洗頭膏，沐浴露啥都沒有，房間熱水五分鐘就沒有了，扣時間的感覺，再也不會住下次，很差很差
