前台服務太差，根本就不搭理你，你着急走，她慢悠悠的看手機，下了電梯客房樓層整個一股子怪味，讓人噁心想吐，樓層服務員倒是挺好的，衞生間的淋浴花灑呈爆炸狀，女士根本就洗不了頭髮，我洗個頭半個小時了都沖洗不乾淨，坐便器的按扭是壞的根本就按不動，無語了，我們全國各地住了這麼多的酒店，這家是最差的，大家住宿之前一定要擦亮眼睛，反正這家我以後是再也不會來了，費用不低，結果住的什麼呀？！這家賓館外表看着高大上，結果軟件真的是太垃圾，腸子都悔青了，一次糟心的住宿。

自駕游過來，停車場很方便，大堂氣派，房間寬大，床品舒服，到處都非常的乾淨，早餐很豐富，周圍吃的很多也好吃，前台及保安服務員態度非常好，給人以親切感，這是自駕20多天以來最舒服的酒店，性價比高，住了兩晚上，一行人都非常滿意，強烈推薦！

出去入住從來沒有給過差評 ，12.24夜班前台工作人員的服務態度有待改正 辦理入住的時候 一直給我説房型的問題 讓我加錢升級房型 説了三遍，你覺得房價便宜了 你別賣啊 客人到前台了你們讓客人加價換房型 然後房間內裝修設施老套，衞生一般 同價位 季風 哲啡 速8 摩登四季 簡諾印季等等都比這好得多 ，退房別人都是提前半小時催離 這提前一個多小時就催。總體入住體驗一般 不值這個價位 。
