See for yourself, this is where the mineral water is placed, it’s extremely disgusting. Not worthy of the name! The triple room I booked on Ctrip was completely inconsistent with the one I actually stayed in. The facilities are old and shabby, the bathroom smells bad, the walls and curtains are mottled with mosquitoes, the sanitary ware is of poor quality, the lobby and elevators are full of smoke, there is no service and no management, the front desk staff is cold and difficult to communicate with, and the worst thing is Breakfast has few varieties and no seasonal food. Do businesses want to make money from breakfast? Learn from your excellent peers. It was truly the worst experience. I will not come here again, nor do I recommend it!

家人們，這次去庫爾勒真的挖到寶了！庫爾勒瀾都酒店必須安利給你們！一到酒店，保安就熱情迎接，幫忙搬行李，超貼心！前台辦理入住快，還詳細介紹各種服務，好感度拉滿。房間乾淨得挑不出毛病，床品舒適，衞生間也沒異味。有次我半夜想要枕頭，打給客房服務，沒一會兒就送來了，這效率太牛。 酒店位置也好，周邊吃飯、逛街都方便。這趟旅行因為瀾都酒店幸福感直網上升，下次來庫爾勒還住這！

前段時間來庫爾勒出差就選擇了這家，一開始還有點忐忑。入住後才發現我想的全部都沒有發生！酒店環境很好，前台服務也特別熱情周到。客服服務員態度也特別好，需要什麼五分鐘就送到房間了。整體都是特別滿意。推薦大家！

瀾都酒店從前台的工作人員提前打電話問候個人要求及房間取向，到熱情相迎，迅速辦理入住一氣呵成。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，設施一應俱全，住起來別提多舒服了。而且酒店停車免費，停車區域寬敞，進出方便，樓下就是孔雀河，風景優美，早上散步休閑超愜意，還欣賞到4隻白天鵝在河裡嬉戲。出門右轉飯店也很多，各類美食隨意挑選，滿足味蕾。無論是服務還是地理位置，都無可挑剔。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，還真是色香味俱全。來庫爾勒，必選瀾都酒店！

前台的服務也非常到位，我們是一家三口入住前台立馬又給我們準備了一套洗漱用品。很貼心熱情。停車也是免費也非常方便。周圍就是孔雀河飯店也很多也方便。下次來還會選擇他們☺
