酒店是真垃圾啊，我訂好的，到了他們家服務員告訴我，住滿了，我到的時候凌晨一點多了，説他們太忙了，住滿了，讓我去住賓館去，我大晚上一個女孩子。我還在和他商量解決方案，服務員接了個電話就和電話裏的人罵罵咧咧，我沒住。今天顯示扣我錢，我壓根就沒住，要是敢扣我一分錢，我讓你這酒店開不下去，我可是有訂單，有扣費憑證。真垃圾，這種服務員怎麼會有工作，祝他早日倒閉吧
