The service is very attentive, the hotel is new, the facilities are complete, the living experience is very good, the parking lot has enough parking spaces, the breakfast is delicious, it snowed on the day of check-in, it was a great experience! Every time I came to Korla for a business trip, I stayed at Lavande on Renmin East Road. This time I stayed at the newly opened Lavande on Shihua Avenue. The overall quality control of Lavande is very good. The environment and customer service staff, especially the lavender aromatherapy care, are very good. It’s also big. Maybe the Lavande store on Renmin East Road where I stayed before always delivered milk and fruits and provided disposable bath towels. The newly opened store on Shihua Avenue does not provide these. When I stayed, I heard the waiter said that it was newly opened less than February, so it was renovated. The smell was quite strong and I didn’t stay the next day. The breakfast was average. The room was a bit cold at night and my clothes couldn’t be dried after washing all night. The most regrettable thing is that the hotel is not smart. The touch dimming buttons are sometimes not sensitive. Everything else is good. .

The hotel is newly opened, the location is convenient for travel, and it is well decorated. The room is very clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the room has a light fragrance that makes people feel comfortable. The breakfast is also very rich in variety and taste. It's very delicious, the front desk staff have great service awareness, and there is a car wash room and charging pile in the hotel parking lot. The facilities are very complete. Overall, it was a very good stay experience for me.

Fortunately, the staff at the front desk said that it was a new store opening and gave it to me. Made a room upgrade! There is also a robot that can deliver food, and the room environment is very good. The hotel lobby is super fragrant, and they have their own essential oils and skin care sets. The location of the hotel is also very good, it is very convenient to eat and play, and the room is very clean! Great value for money, charging at the charging pile in the parking lot is cheaper than charging elsewhere! I’ll stay here next time, ♥️

房間挺好的，服務也可以，新開的酒店設施都蠻可以，住着也很舒服，這幾天外面風沙大、整天窩在房間、通風效果很好，尤其酒店的早餐很新鮮

房間很不錯，大床是2米的睡的很舒服，小床1.35米。親子房都可以住下一家五口人沒問題。麗楓服務一直都很不錯。。
