去過那麼多城市，住過那麼多次酒店，從來沒有遇到過這樣差的酒店。水龍頭一直沒有熱水，找前台處理，説是用的人太多了，讓我等，她們解決不了，等到用的人少了，就可以用熱水了，請問這是什麼解決方式？那好，我等，等到第二天早上還是沒有熱水，又是同樣的解決方式，用的人太多了，繼續等，做酒店的，連最基本的熱水都保障不了，晚上我提出來要換房間，工作人員説太晚了，換不了，沒有房間了，不太好換。要麼換一個人跟我預訂的房型完全不一樣的房間，好，我忍。房間裏面沒有衣架，我打電話到前台，工作人員説房間裏沒有那就沒有，提供不了，我請問衣架是什麼貴重物品嗎？

設施：新，大小正好，衞生好，乾淨舒適，全屋智能，小度智能，投影看電視劇還不錯，位置稍微有點偏，不過價格便宜啊，早餐不好吃，時間定的是7：30-10：30，我們9：30去吃飯，已經啥也沒有了，就剩煮雞蛋喝粥鹹菜，説客人太多，都吃沒了，明天的有多少客人，酒店應該有數吧，有多少吃早餐的也有數吧，多準備一些啊，吃飯的地方也小，餐具不衞生，直接刷完就往櫃子裏了，根本不消毒。忘改進。
