This stay was perfect! From the enthusiasm and professionalism of Manager Xu at the front desk when checking in, to the spotless environment in the room, every detail makes people feel comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again next time I travel!

The check-in experience was particularly bad. I found the bugs naked after taking a shower. I am a caterer. Your store manager said that the bugs did not get into my bowl. Haha, it is unbelievable. Four-star hotels are relatively professional in all aspects of service. It is unbelievable to me that such an incident with such profound consequences is unbearable. The manager's aggressiveness is unbearable.

I left something behind when I checked out, so I called the front desk to help send it, and there was no rejection over the phone. I still hadn't received it after four or five days of quarantine, so I called and they said they would call me back after verifying, but they never called me back. I asked again, and they replied that I needed to place the order myself, for fear that I wouldn’t pay the courier fee... They said that a text message was sent to me, but I didn’t receive any message on my phone asking me to place an order myself. But shouldn't you have told me during those few phone calls? I don't care whether I pay or place the order myself. There's nothing wrong with paying by myself, but don't delay things. How about wasting four or five days? It could have been delivered quickly during the Spring Festival, but now it has to be sent elsewhere, which is a complete delay. Very poor service awareness

I called 5 times at noon but no one answered. I called 20 minutes later to ask if I would like to renew my stay. The front desk phone was so magical that no one answered my calls and there was no explanation... In short, it was not very good.
