The check-in experience was particularly bad. I found the bugs naked after taking a shower. I am a caterer. Your store manager said that the bugs did not get into my bowl. Haha, it is unbelievable. Four-star hotels are relatively professional in all aspects of service. It is unbelievable to me that such an incident with such profound consequences is unbearable. The manager's aggressiveness is unbearable.

I called 5 times at noon but no one answered. I called 20 minutes later to ask if I would like to renew my stay. The front desk phone was so magical that no one answered my calls and there was no explanation... In short, it was not very good.

It is rare to see such a great hotel in Xinjiang. I extended my stay for one more day. The service was very good. Everyone greeted me when they saw me. There were also many breakfast options. Although it was a bit chaotic on the morning of the second day because there were many people, the number of dishes was increasing. I didn't miss out on food because I arrived late.
