Hotel Dormy Inn Express Koriyama

It felt a little far from the station on foot. It was nice that the bath and toilet were separate. It was comfortable and not too small for a single person.

There were many kinds of breakfast, so I had a good appetite from the morning. The hot water in the bath didn't really feel like a hot spring, so I can't give it a perfect score, but I would like to use it again♪

There are plenty of bathrooms, so I always choose one. In this room, the carpet floor was so damp that I had to wear slippers all the time. I was a little concerned about hygiene.

I would like to talk about what happened when I stayed at Dormy Inn Koriyama the other day and my past experiences at Dormy Inn, but there are serious problems with the attitude of the employees. There have been several times when I have asked a question to an employee, only to be answered in a very troublesome manner. For example, when I came back from outside and asked the front desk employee if there was a convenience store nearby, I was only told "from the station." I couldn't understand what the answer meant and was very confused. This was completely unacceptable as a way to treat customers. There was also a problem with Yonaki Soba. When I placed my order, I saw that they started making it without me having to say anything. Judging from their attitude, I wonder if the employees were preparing the food out of disgust. I find it difficult to understand such a response, and I truly regret it. I felt like I should just quit if they were going to provide this kind of service. Moreover, the taste was not that great either, which made me even more dissatisfied. I have stayed at various Kyoritsu-affiliated accommodations in Japan, but I feel that Dormy Inn is inferior to other business hotels in all aspects other than the sauna and breakfast. This is a problem caused by the company's constitution, and I believe it is due to a conflict between management and employees' ways of thinking. We believe this issue has an impact on customer service and requires immediate attention. Personally, I will not be using Dormy Inn again as long as there are other hotels with better saunas. I don't think hotels that can't provide services that match the times should stay open. I would like to warn you so that more people do not have the same unpleasant experience as me. Our customers expect good service and a comfortable stay. In order for Dormy Inn to become a hotel that is widely loved by people around the world, it is essential to improve the attitude and service of our employees. I hope it improves and I look forward to seeing it improve in the future.

第一次連住3晚但不知道如果中間需要打掃要另外收費，但沒關係其實我只需要收垃圾而已。不過雖然沒打掃但每天都會給新的毛巾掛門上自己更換、用過的早上出門前放門口就好。 單人入住但我覺得房間空間夠大，我是上掀的25吋行李箱不覺得打開後空間很侷促、還是能輕鬆的走來走去 可能剛好我入住這段時間這層沒什麼人，所以晚上蠻安靜的，而且離車站大約10分鐘左右路程其實人潮不多也不會很吵 因為是單人房本來就沒雙人的大，所以洗手台設計在外面但對我來說太方便，因為三不五時要洗個東西洗個手就不用一直進出廁所了。唯一缺點是這間房間剛好沒有加濕器晚上超乾睡到要流鼻血，大家記得放杯水在桌上增加濕度

仕事で3回目の利用となります。 郡山駅から徒歩10分なので苦にならない立地です。 25箇所のドーミーインを利用してますが炭酸泉があるのは知る限り郡山だけです。 非常に良い大浴場でとても満足できます。 福島で仕事でしたがあえてドーミーインがある郡山に宿泊しました。

ドーミーインは初めて泊まりました。 とてもいいホテルでした。 大浴場もよいですし、朝食や夜泣きそばもよかったです。 満足度はとても高いホテルだと思います。 駅からも通路を使っていけばホテルの真横まで行けます。

ロケーションがよく、大浴場や露天風呂やサウナ🧖も素晴らしかったです。 ロビーのコーヒー☕️サービスや夜の鳴きそばも美味しかったです。 また、泊まりたいです。

やっぱりドーミーインといったらお風呂ですね。 寒い季節にはゆったりとお風呂につかりたい。サウナもあっていう事なし。 通常のビジネスホテルよりも高いイメージですが、他のビジネスホテル並みの価格で宿泊出来て即予約しました。
