This hotel is tip-top. Nestled in a small, beautiful town, one is struck by the cleanliness of the hotel and the welcoming friendliness of its staff. Free water in the rooms, which are tastefully decorated to reflect the town‘s gold mining heritage. The dining room with a full , varied menu, is superb. The breakfast a wonderful variety of meats, scrammed eggs, sausage, rolls, etc, etc., just a delicious protein source to fuel the day. The staff is just beyond friendly, courteous and helpful. I just really cannot recommend this hotel too much. It’s just a great place!!!

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise war alles bestens in Ordnung. Freundliches Personal, große und saubere Zimmer. Das unter einer anderen Führung angeschlossene Restaurant, im Hotel, war ausgesprochen gut. Es gab nicht einen Grund unzufrieden zu sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in den Betten gut geschlafen und wurden beim Frühstück bestens versorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant, das Essen war richtig gut! Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt dort.

Schönste Gold-Themen-Zimmer, die ungeheuer phantasievoll und liebevoll eingerichtet sind, im Treppenhaus-Übergang Kinderecke, Bücherecke und Obstecke, superzentrale Lage und doch ganz ruhig, Parkplätze am Haus - und das beste Frühstücksbuffet aller Zeiten. Vielen Dank !! Wir kommen wieder !!

Voor 2 nachten geboekt en geen spijt. Ontvangst hartelijk. 1 Dag van te voren ook e-mail gehad met allerlei informatie over route, waar te parkeren etc. Mooie themakamers, tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Op de kamers kleine extra’s: naald en garen aanwezig, ijskastje en magnetron, lange schoenlepel. Lijken futiliteiten, maar dat maakt dit hotel anders. Ruime parkeergelegenheid, prima menu in het restaurant. Als ik dan een minpuntje mag noemen: personeel restaurant had veel tijd voor elkaar, maar minder voor ons. Moest naar de bar lopen om een extra wijntje te bestellen. Dodelijk. Uitchecken: 2 flesjes water mee voor onderweg. Ach, leuk toch. Mochten we in de buurt zijn voor een overnachting, dan gaan we hier zeker heen.

tAusgezeichnete zentrale Laage mitten in der Altstadt. Hervorragendes Frühstückbuffet. Lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das angegliederte Restaurant Goldstube ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Kostenlose "MeineCardPlus" mit gesamten ÖPNV Nordhessen sowie einer Vielzahl kostenlose Freizeitangebote - einfach mal MeineCardPlus googeln. Weiterhin viele kleine Details, wie kostenloser Kaffee/Teeservice, kleine Leckereien.

Centraal gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel en een prima keuken. De kamers zijn overdadig gedecoreerd in een bepaald thema. Iets minder decoratie en een airco en kleine koelkast op de kamer zou zeer welkom zijn. Voor rolstoelgebruikers is er een ruime kamer met inloopdouche maar de lift is zeer, zeer krap. Parking is ruim aanwezig en goed bereikbaar.
