Review for The Fortune Hotel - By Swati Group
I recently stayed at The Fortune Hotel - By Swati Group and found the experience to be below expectations despite a few positive aspects.
The rooms are spacious, but they lack basic amenities. For example, despite booking a room for three people, only one water bottle and one towel were initially provided. Additional items were only made available after repeated requests.
The room service was poor. Despite booking an extra bed well in advance, it was only provided after multiple reminders and was finally set up around 11 PM, which was highly inconvenient.
The food was nice, but the service needs improvement. Additionally, there was a fixed menu with limited options. However, the effort to include a slice of cake and a mocktail for Christmas was a thoughtful touch.
Bell Boy service was also unavailable, had to carry my luggage on my own to the room. The reception just handed over the room keys.
Overall, the stay was just okay, but the lack of proactive service and attention to guest needs left much to be desired.
