The hotel has seen better days but still I am quite certain it was the best choice in Koper. The hotel is located some twenty minutes away from the city by foot (if you want to eat out there, you will work up your appetite and burn some calories on your way back) by a stony beach but if you are not that adventurous there is an aquapark and it is included in price. You can swim in a pool with sea water or just soak in other pools (both indoor and outdoor). I was there in May so there was no crowd but when I tried to book a room for August, I found out it was already fully booked so I guess it may get crowded in the season.

Hotel isn't new so there are thin walls but it is clean, friendly maids who change your rowels every day. We asked for double bed at booking but did not get it. Breakfast was very good. Many things to eat, good covid measures. But aquapark... life guards... masks under their chin or no mask at all. Guests should wear masks but it is stupid as you have it till the chair so... My friend asked her chair to be cleaned as it was sticky and dirty and she took it from the pile where should be clean chairs. Lifeguard came and spray it and that was it. No cloth at all. It was rude so... that was a low point. Othervise cleaniness in aquapark is very poor. Wardrobes were dirty especially the floor. We only saw cleaning lady emptying garbage. No cleaning of floor.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente,cibo da rivedere e con pensione completa almeno l’acqua non si dovrebbe far pagare. Stanze vecchie e piene di crepe,il tetto delle piscine interne in lamiera piena di ruggine. Hotel da rivedere si strutturalmente che a livello di gestione .

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia in questo hotel per le festività di inizio anno. La struttura è vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di una grande ristrutturazione. Le piscine erano fredde, solo la piccola aveva una temperatura decente, comunque non tale da definirsi terme. Il sistema self service per il pranzo e la cena è da rivedere, chi arriva prima mangia meglio, acqua carissima, succhi annacquati. Stanze piccole e per nulla insonorizzate. Una delusione.

Inizio subito con le cose negative.. acqua non troppo caldissima nelle vasche grandi, ambiente un po’ trascurato, prezzo dell’acqua un po’ alto 3,8€ per 0,75 di gasata. Aspetti positivi.. menu sempre rifornito con offerte di carne e pesce, camere appena ristrutturate almeno dove ci hanno fatto alloggiare a noi, garage coperto gratuito. Centro di koper raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. Sicuramente se curassero certi particolari otterrebbero un ottimo punteggio.

Di tutti i viaggi fatti e hotel prenotato credo che questo sia stato il peggiore. L’hotel è molto datato e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione dappertutto. Infissi ,porte,mobilia… davvero vecchi e nelle stanze c’era un odore di muffa. La cucina di bassa qualità. La pulizia davvero inesistente. Ci hanno fatto saldare al check in senza vedere le camere,ora ho capito il perché. Io mi adatto a tutto ma stavolta ho davvero faticato. Una cosa positiva il garage coperto per le auto. L’acqua park passabile ma potrebbe essere migliore.

Era da molto tempo che non ci venivo, sono stata con mio marito e mia figlia di 5 anni. La temperatura dell'acqua era molto fredda, per riscaldarci siamo andati nell'idromassaggio centrale dove normalmente dopo 15 minuti si doveva scappare, ma era leggermente tiepida. Insomma non si possono chiedere quelle cifre per l'ingresso quando il sistema dell'acqua palesemente necessita di manutenzione. Non andateci forse inizieranno a fare i lavori....

Escluso le piscine che non possono chiamarsi acqua park(un solo scivolo) e il personale alla reception,il resto, tutto da cambiare. La moquet posata al pavimento e' vecchissima..i bagni sono obsoleti e i rivestimenti rotti, le porte sono usurate. I letti scomodissimi e i cuscini vecchi, scomodi e molto sporchi. Il buffet e' di scarsa qualita' .. i piatti sono sporchi. Io non consiglio questo posto..anzi lo sconsiglio vivamente.
