The 2 points are only because of the cleanness of the hotel in general (considering it is working for only 2 months now). - We had reservation for 3 adults and the room was set up only for 2 people (2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 everything..) and we waited for 5-6 hours only for the third bed to be set up. - The hotel is so understaffed and everyone seems to have no idea on what they are doing. - The spa is in very good condition but again, there are no people working there, so, you can stay without any towels or without a key to lock your things while you are using the saunas or the pool. - The biggest problem is the restaurant.. first it is quite small and yet they make reservations for outside of the hotel guests (and they have priority) and it can easily happen you miss the dinner because of those reservations. The waiting time for an order is minimum 40 minutes although they have the same menu for every day. The waiters are pretty confused but they do their best except one waiter named Alexandar, he is, I can easily say in the top 3 rudest persons I've met, he is arguing with almost every table that he serves and he is very cynical. All in all I feel sorry because the hotel itself is not bad at all but the personnel will ruin it very quickly if nothing changes.
