What an amazing place We had an amazing stay at the Inn. The front desk was simply fantastic - helpful, quick and always ready with answers. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - right across the road from Sam's bar, Toasty coffee place and the village with shops and restaurants. We haven't used the car in 4 days! The room was spacious and comfortable, the views were excellent, and the electric fireplace adds a nice touch. We didn't hear a single person in the other rooms, although the hotel was packed! Very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay as you can go back for lunch which is a bonus! The front desk area could do with a bit of a sprucing up, the floors could be polished. Looks worn but the room was fine. Parking is really tight, should unload car in front entranceway as opposed to garage as we could barely get into our car.

I had a great 6 day stay at the Inn at Big White. My room was old decor and the lighting was a bit dark but generally I was only there to sleep anyway. I was located on the first floor which was next to the bar area and noisy but it seemed to get quiet by 9pm. Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Ski locker and garage were easy and best of all the walk into the centre was 1 minute. I had to do some work video calls whilst I was there and the wifi was fine. I would stay there again.

Simplicity done really well. But not posh. The checkin people were great, and a super friendly note in our room from housekeeping was an awesome touch. The room was quiet, no noise at all from other units, minimal from outside. A beautiful view over the valley. Welcome to keep our car in the parkade after checkout so we could ski all day without driving to Happy Valley parking. Rooms are super well designed- a queen bed plus a queen murphy bed. Dining or games tables folds out to make more of a living room area. The quietest mini fridge I have encountered. There’s an induction unit with a high-side frying pan pot.We made some amazing dinners, but if you’re doing a two pot meal (like pasta sauce and pasta) bring an induction friendly pot). Not ski-in ski-out, but an easy short walk to trails and the village. We will be back!

The bachelor units are better for 2 people. A family of 4 would work with the Murphy bed but it means you can’t eat on a table until the bed is put up every morning. Bedding, bathroom and towels are clean - kitchen utensils, mini fridge, floors, tables needed a second cleaning. Carpets are not clean but hey, it’s a winter destination. Snowboard lockers and pool are a nice addition. There are many kids and dogs here so be prepared to wake up a little earlier. The views at Big White are phenomenal.

We found it to be a great property. Not fancy but great hot tub, awesome Mexican restaurant, nice staff and good clean rooms all in a fabulous location. We’d go back for sure. It’s a great mountain to ski. Lots of powder and blue sky and the hotel is super convenient to everything.
