Today I had a facial with Denise. She was amazing!!! She did a great job with extracting my black and white heads. She very detailed and experienced. I loved her Becuz she is Italian and spoke very good English. I am (AMERICAN) Such a friendly and warm person! Unlike most Germans. Living in Germany for 6 mos as an American I find 80% Germans very cold and unfriendly. The spa was very clean so was the restrooms. Just a wonderful experience.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant und Spa-Bereich ist angenehm und ruhig. Genau richtig um sich zu entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt und wurde von den Mitarbeitern immer freudig begrüßt. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Man sieht wenig Personal. Das vorhandene ist aber sehr sehr kompetent und nett. Die Ausstattungen vor allem im Spa-Bereich ist sehr hochwertig und nett gemacht. Die Deko ist schön gestaltet und vor allem nicht kitschig. Die Saunen sind alle klasse und auch das Wasser super warm.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen und großzügigen Zimmern. Schön modern eingerichtet. Mit Hund fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl. Der Vierbeiner darf mit ins Resturant, hat da eine Decke und Wasser. Das ganze über einen separaten Zugang damit man nicht durchs ganze Hotel muss. Das Einzigste was deutlich Luft hat nach oben, ist das Essen. Das entspricht leider nicht ganz einem 4 Sterne aus. Würden aber trotzdem wieder buchen. Liegt auch schön frei gelegen, optimal mit Hubd.

Wir waren zum 2ten mal im Reibener-Hof. Eine perfekte Auszeit. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Hervorzuheben die Freundlichkeit von Chefin, Chef und allen Angestellten....immer ein offenes Ohr...immer ein Lächeln... Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
