I went to Corfu for the first time during the summer of '82, without doing any research: big mistake! Kavos... Upon my return to England, I looked into the island properly and booked a four day trip to Sirena Beach Hotel. Utter heaven! I was greeted and treated throughout as a friend or member of the family. Consequently, I returned for a further nine days a month or so later. All of the staff, from cleaning ladies to the owner, were so charming. Special thanks to Giorgio's, Stella, "Dr Raki" and Mr Sirena Beach himself. Would have returned in '23 but for personal reasons I could not. Looking forward to visiting in 2024. We stayed here 6 nights and it was very comfortable. Spacious rooms and large beds - easy to sort your stuff if travelling. Very clean. Staff were great and helped us. Close to restaurants, shops, bus to Corfu Town and a big supermarket. Long breakfast window from 8-11 very relaxing. People making negative comments need to remember how much they are paying a night and that hospitality has just come through a couple of awful COVID years plus cost of living. I would book again

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay in the Sirena. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Small but adequate shower room with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, air conditioning, mosquito screen across the door. George and Stella are amazing people. So helpful and friendly (thank you for the lend of the kettle George) I can't rate them highly enough and their mission to look after and love all the cats in the area makes them even more special. If we return to Gouvia it will definitely be to the Sirena.

ABSOLUTELY do not stay in this "hotel" I write it in quotes because there is nothing hotel-like about it! I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 days. We received an unpleasant welcome, they handed us the keys and showed us our room from a distance without even accompanying us and without explaining anything to us! No one spoke Italian, although it was written on Booking, there was no hairdryer in the room, we had to ask for towels and they only left us a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. They don't have a minimum of organization, NEVER anyone in the reception and everything is abandoned. Large breakfast but everything very repetitive and some things even from the day before, not to mention the smell of sewage in the room and the very small room! Well what can I say, my advice is not to stay in this hotel because the quality is not worth the price!

For 110 euros a night it's not worth it. The wifi in the room was not working at all. The room is small for a family of 3 people. The air conditioning hit directly on the beds, so we couldn't leave it on for a while. Breakfast not fresh. The curtains do not provide shade, resulting in us waking up very early. The balcony did see a bit of the sea, essentially in a parking lot, but it was very small and we could not sit outside for more than 5 minutes because of mosquitoes. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel premises was average to poor, and the whole building together with the garden was left behind. Finally, we left with gastroenteritis, which I guess came from the breakfast or the food in the surrounding area, which in most shops have poor quality food .

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana Cose positive Gentilezza super da parte di Lisa alla reception ,le altre signore davvero molto molto cordiali ottima pulizia colazione buona letto comodo . Posizione super per girare ! Mezzi pubblici a 150 mt Cose Negative Camera un po vecchiotta Bagno da rifare per lavare i capelli un impresa . Tornerei qui per personale e posizione !

Negatives: Wir als Paar schlafen gerne und möglichst nur mit offenen Fenster. An allen 6 Urlaubstagen wurden wir mitten in der Nacht wach durch Lärm. Z.t.durch das Hotel verursacht: bsp. -früh um 5 fuhr der LKW vor um die Wäsche abzuholen, die wurde im Flur noch lautstark zusammen geworfen. - Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört fast alles was seine Nachbarn machen Diverse Bauarbeiten mitten in der Nacht, Presslufthammer war zu hören obwohl keine Baustelle Vorort war. Zudem ist direkt vor allen Fenster ein Weg vom Strand in die Stadt der auch nachts stark frequentiert wird. Sollten Sie mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen(und natürlich mit Klimaanlage) ist das oben genannte ggf. Hinfällig Positives: Anlage wie abgebildet, sauber, hilfbereites, freundliches Personal. Vielfältiges Frühstück allerdings nicht Abwechslungsreich. Zimmer modern, mit TV, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Bad, praktisch mit (sehr) kleiner Dusche.
