Good location at the river/ lake, close to old “down town”. Dining “only fine dining”.
Rooms clean and bid, bath room clean. Breakfast is ok.

Friendly staff, new looking rooms, great sauna and spa. It checked all the boxes regarding what I wanted here. All in all a great stay while in Konstanz. Breakfast had a nice assortment of stuff for the price. If I had to nitpick it'd be the little gift you get when opting out of housekeeping service, I don't like it when hotels do this. It just seems like green washing and I got two Babor samples. By far in comparison to other hotels which offered a "gift" this felt cheap. The beds were too soft for my taste. Nitpicking aside it's still a 5/5 for me because the cons barely caused an inconvenience.

Hotel 47 is located near the old town. It has a great view. Restaurant and bar at a high level. The reception is very pleasant. The rooms are well decorated. The SPA is lovely and th therapists are real experts! I recommend this place 100%! I will be back for sure!

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I found it practical and pleasant. The rooms are of a nice size and quiet (including quiet air conditioning). The bathrooms are rather utilitarian but fine. Everything was quite clean. The hallways of the hotel are quite stark and a bit of a turn-off. Carpets are aging, paint is chipped off the walls, with vending machines like in a cheap motel. Overall a good experience but not special.

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is quite corporate looking and doesn’t have much of an atmosphere. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. There was no fridge in the room nor any coffee and tea making facilities. Only a bar of soap and tiny Rituals body lotion in bathroom. Parking in the car park next to the hotel costs £20 per 24 hours as the car park does not belong to the hotel and it’s the only car park nearby. Breakfast is 20 euros pp but there is a lot of choice. You have to pay 10 euros pp to use the sauna and they charge 5 euros pp if you want to swim in the river and need a towel.

This hotel comes up as "Pet Friendly" (travelling with a dog, so this was the main reason we picked this hotel). In fact just 3 rooms out of the 99 rooms are "Pet Friendly". If you are unfortunate enough to turn up and these rooms are not available, you have the pleasure of paying an extra €50 for a deep clean. The trick is they let you stay and will confirm the supplement the next day.

Lovely modern Hotel on the river, easy parking in the underground next door .Great view from the studio room on the top floor . Cafe amenities and very spacious bathroom . . Beautifully decorated rooms , very clean . Lovely breakfast. buffet . Lovely walk into town and it’s away from the bustle of the town centre . Would definitely stay again .

We have visited Konstanz many times and this was our first time staying overnight in this lovely town. The hotel is outside from the old time, but easy access by bus, even possible to walk from the train station. Many shopping places around and beautiful view of the river. We had oil massage and it was amazing. The hotel itself is clean and modern. We are basically satisfied with what we got.

Modern hotel. The reception was friendly. The purist furnishings in the room. Unfortunately I was missing a cafe machine - which I would have expected for this price. The situation was quiet. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed on a Monday - shouldn't be for a hotel. The breakfast buffet (can be booked separately for EUR 22.00) had a good selection. I missed the fresh rolls and the real butter - otherwise no complaints.

It is claimed here that a hotelier can charge extra for the sauna at any time - yes, that's true - BUT ONLY if you mention it BEFOREHAND on ALL platforms on which you offer this hotel. On Expedia.de you "forgot" to provide a general reference to these extra costs and also the specific information that the sauna costs 10.00 euros. So I didn't get a bathing bag with a bathrobe either - for a single room for 192.19!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!. This gives you an unjustified competitive advantage over other correct (!!!) providers. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have booked a room with you. When I make the booking, I create a price-performance ratio that is appropriate for me - based on information on the BOOKING website. In return, I was harshly and unreasonably reprimanded by several people because of my complaint. A no-go in the hotel industry, especially when the hotel has made an obvious mistake and is trying to talk its way out of it by any means possible. I received a booking notification from Expedida listing all the additional charges. There is no mention of a surcharge for the sauna - but for 192.19 I had accommodation with a hectic train station atmosphere - despite the modern interior. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel and was happy to be able to spend the next night in a wonderful hotel.
