Wir hatten das Apartment über eine Plattform gebucht und uns auf unsere Reise gefreut. Mit der Gastgeberin standen wir bis dahin nett in Kontakt. Als dann die schweren Überschwemmungen in Bosnien waren, war der Weg von Mostar aus gesperrt, sodass wir nicht anreisen konnte. Sie bat uns, unsere Buchung zu stornieren, damit das Apartment für andere frei ist. Wir baten andersherum um eine Erstattung der Kosten. Die Gastgeberin sagte uns schriftlich eine Erstattung zu (da der Ausfall der Reise Höherem geschuldet war). Nachdem wir stornierten, antwortete sie nicht mehr auf unsere Nachfragen bzgl. der Erstattung. Wir schalteten den Support ein, doch auch bei diesem verweigerte sie eine Rückerstattung. Ich verstehe leider nicht, wieso sie bei der besagten Plattform als "Superhost" geführt wird. Sehr schade und absolut unverständlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und vor allem die Gastgeberin keinem! Absolute ABZOCKE!
