Very large room, comfortable, with two queen beds pushed together! The staff was very kind and prompt response to every question! There was a fireplace for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer. small kitchen with fridge and stove. The configuration of the apartments provided privacy. Small but cozy balcony, with a commanding view of the mountain and an idyllic location. Free parking outside the apartment. Greek breakfast. The road to the property was not paved, but gravel, which makes access difficult! We would like the breakfast to be more traditional, with Ioannina pies and local products. The place is excellent, but the outside area could have been more manicured in terms of lawns - plants trees. It did not have good sound insulation neither between the rooms, nor in the bathroom. Better bathroom amenities considering it's 4*

Υπέροχο μέρος! Υ ΠΕ ΡΟ ΧΟ! Επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάλυμα εγώ με τον άντρα μου και οι φίλοι μας μαζί με δύο παιδιά. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένεια, αφού τα παιδιά ενθουσιάστηκαν με τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο που μπορούσαν να τρέξουν, να παίξουν άφοβα και μείνανε σε δίχωρο δωμάτιο με πόρτα που κλείνει και όλα αυτά σε τέλεια τιμή. Όσο για εμάς που ήμασταν ένα ζευγάρι χωρίς παιδία ήταν τόσο όμορφη και ρομαντική επιλογή!! Ξυπνούσαμε σε ένα δωμάτιο με μαγική θεα με τεράστιες μπαλκονόπορτες που άνοιγες το πρωί τις κουρτίνες και έβλεπες τη φύση και το βουνό ξαπλωμένος από το κρεβάτι, έπινες τον καφέ σου σε μία βεράντα/αυλή με τα πνευμόνια σου να γεμίζουν καθαρό αέρα και τα μάτια σου να χορταίνουν πράσινο! Το πρωινό τέλειο ακόμα ξυπνάω και ψάχνω τα τηγανιτά πεντανόστιμα φρέσκα αυγουλάκια και την ζεστή πιτούλα! Πρέπει να αναφέρω και ότι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια αλλά ακόμα και μετά την αναχώρησή μας αφού μας έδωσαν συμβουλές αφού είχαμε φύγει σχετικά με τον δρόμο και τι μπορούμε να δούμε στην επιστροφή μας. Πραγματικά 5 στα 5! Ελπίζω να μπορέσω να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το τέλειο μέρος.

Φύση, ηρεμία, μεγάλα δωμάτια, υπέροχη θέα, ορμητήριο για πάρα πολλά αξιοθέατα με κορυφαία δραστηριότητα το κολύμπι στα δροσερά νερά του Αώου. Φροντισμένο πρωινό και εξαιρετικά κρεβάτια-μαξιλάρια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πάντα πρόθυμη να παρέχει πληροφορίες και συστάσεις. Έχοντας επισκεφθεί και άλλα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής, πιστεύω ότι βρήκαμε τη βάση μας για τις επόμενες επισκέψεις μας στην Κόνιτσα!
