the hotel is in a very good location. close to the city centre. employees are very concerned. food was great. the pool is big and clean. rooms are clean. the beach is beautiful. Animation team was great. especially KAYHAN is an amazing animator. both stage performance and interest and relevance are very good. it amused us a lot. I recommend it for a nice vacation. thanks miarosa hotel family.

3-8 Eylül 2023 tarihleri arasında otelde konakladık.Girişten çıkışa tam bir fiyasko.Yorumlara bakarak tercih etmiştik.Yapılan güzel yorumlars kesinlikle inanmayın.Otelde tek güzel olan şey çalışanların naifliği,çalışkanlığı ve güler yüzü onun dışında herşey vasat.Otelde hiçbir aktivite yok.Yemekler berbat mutfak olarak Türklere yönelik yemekler bir elin 5 parmağını bulmaz bile hep aynı şeyler.Hazır piliç köfte,burger,çorbalık olarak kullanılan tavuğu ızgara yaparak servis ettiler,et bulmak mümkün değil tatlılar akşam yemeğinde çeşit bol öğle yemeklerinde arta kalan tatlılar var.Asansör desen yetersiz kalıyor saatlerce asansör sırası bekliyorsun.Plajda yeme içme yok Ganita otelin snack barını kullandık.Akşam eğlencesi olarak da Ganita otele misafir olduk.Bizler kendi otelimizden çok Ganita otelin misafiri gibiydik.Özet olarak kesinlikle ama kesinlikle uzak durulması gereken bir yer.Bu otele daha sayamadığım bir sürü olumsuzluklara rağmen 4 Yıldızı neye dayanarak vermişler şaşırtıcı doğrusu

Günümüz şartlarında herşeyi ile gerçekten mükemmel bir otel hiç tereddüd etmeden gidilebilecek yer. Bütün otel personeline ilgi ve alakaları için tekrar teşekkür ediyorum eksiksiz sorunsuz bir tatil istiyorsaniz gideceginiz adres kesinlikle bu otel olsun.

Before we began our trip to the hotel I started looking on the internet for photos of the hotel and got surprised and overall happy impressed with what hotel I got to stay at with the offer we got from our holiday company but when we got there the reality hit me. Due to the poor patience while waiting for our rooms some pipe exploded causing our stuff to be flooded with water, luckily we managed to move them in time. After, when it was breakfast time I was confused the restaurant wasn't looking like in the photos it had 3 big long tables 1 serving meat, 1 serving bread, and 1 serving different sorts of soft foods and sweets. The staff could barely understand any English or Russian. The food was undercooked and caused food intoxication for 1 or 2 days of my vacation, a terrible experience. Also, the rooms were barely cleaned by housekeeping and if you were by any chance in the room when housekeeping wanted to clean your room they would just move on to the next room and never come back to clean...

Ben ve eşim çok beğendik. Personel genç, Güler yüzlü, çalışkan ve yardımsever. Müdür Bey herşeyle çok ilgili iyi bir idareci. Fiyat performans için verilen hizmet bence 10/10. 4**** otelden bu fiyatlara 5***** hizmet alıyorsunuz. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca iki otelleri var ayırım yapmadan oradaki hizmetlerden de faydalanıyorsunuz... Tüm ekibe bize gösterdikleri misafirperverlik ten dolayı teşekkür ediyorum...

Вполне хороший вариант для отдыха! Номера стандартные, без излишеств, но зато чисто! Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные! Очень вкусно готовят! Пляж песок и мелкой галькой, в воде иногда попадаются камни, но не критично. Лежаков очень много и всегда есть свободные. Персонал приветливый и гостеприимный, особенно Али! Спасибо за комфортный отдых!
