Conveniently situated near Alanya's vibrant area, with easy access to dining and beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, modern, spacious rooms with efficient air conditioning and a safe.

Surprised due to reviews, from arriving to leaving our 10 night stay was amazing, staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms was very nice and clean, the hotel was in a good area with plenty to do, we hired a scooter to drive 15 mins into Alanya which was easy and a lot to do. Hotel food as was all inclusive was ok due to the star rating. Their was always something to eat at both areas in the main buffet area or up at the top extra bits, don’t expect a 5 star meal every night but their was always something to eat and drinks, snacks at bar and beach bar was good with burgers and chips with toasty with a good spot 100 yards to the beach. My only pick would be the cleaners come every other day and clean but don’t change bedding or towels they just remake and fold towels even after tipping a few times their was no extras given.. I wouldn’t use the turkish baths they advertise in the hotel lobby as we used it and was disappointed by the whole thing compared to others are far better in the area for the same price in the centre of alanya. I would t advise to do the deep sea diving activity’s as it was costly and you spend more on the boat than in the water & it’s all rushed and no time to swim around to explore fish etc at bottom it’s literally dive down and back on the boat. All in all don’t take on the bad reviews for a 3 star & price and location it’s was spot on.

The hotel was lovely and clean , food was not Brilliant but for the price we paid kept us fed. Pool areas really nice and a beach bar with really nice burgers and friendly guy. There was a young waiter think he was called amir smallish, he really did go out of his way every time we went for food. He always had the biggest smile on his face always got our drinks for us. Im really forgettful with names but he really is an asset to the hotel . All in all a really nice holiday , Alanya is expensive though be warned

Bed comfy, room spacious, nice and quiet as at end of season But rooms smelt on level 1 and around the pool due to drain issues which management were aware of and it has been mentioned by a previous travler in September( not pleasant smelling.faeces on amd off for a full week) Rooms.cleaned daily, but no kettles in room. Food ok for budget hotel, but myself and other holiday makers were sick of chicken for lunch amd dinner every day, this was highlighted to management and yet again has been remarked.on on numerous occasions by previous travelers

Overall a disappointing week in Opia boutique Hotel. We found the room to be good, well furnished, and clean, and the staff friendly. The food was mainly Turkish focused and limited in range and quality. The drinks in the pool bar were poor. The beer was clearly watered down, and the spirits very limited and poor quality. The pool bar area, where the entertainment was, had limited seating, and was disappointing. We ended up, having a taxi into Alanya each night, and eating / drinking out. Taxi 18 euro easy way. The location is good for the beach, and there are a few bazaars, but no bars or restaurants. Next time, we will good into Alanya and bad and breakers only, as all inclusive is not worth it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome .There was a good variety of food and drink . Overall all I highly recommend this budget friendly hotel. One of the better 3 star hotels I have stayed in. In Turkey.

We stayed early October 2024, and I definitely would not return. We are a very chilled out couple and we aren't bothered by a lot of things, but this was definitely the worst hotel experience we have had. There was no communication when we checked in regarding where the restaurant, pools and beach bar were. Food was poor - no toaster for breakfast and we realised on the second day that there is an extra part outside where they cook things fresh for breakfast and dinner (not lunch). Some of the food was inedible. Salad and desserts were nice, as well as some of the meat on the grill. If you want to go out and eat, you have to walk 20 minutes to get into 'town', none of the local shops sold usual food such as bread. Second pool bar had no bartender between 12-2pm on most days. When the maids cleaned our room and changed our bedding, they gave us a single cover for a double bed so we were at Reception asking for extra bedding at 11:30pm. Shower power was seriously poor and was spurting out at the side / leaking. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. They carried our bags to our room upon arrival which was nice. A lot of the hotels nearby had seriously loud music playing until late. Beach wasn't very nice - cigarette butts strewn throughout the sand, and there was a massive drop when getting into the sea. I would suggest wearing sea shoes or crocs when walking down the sea as it is very stony all the way down. You meet with a rep with the intention of them telling you about the local area, hotel etc, however it was more of them pressuring you into buying excursions and they were very persistent when you say no. I have stayed in much better hotels which were cheaper.
