Numa Konaktepe Hotel

Amazing holiday experience in Türkiye. My family and I had an amazing time and I met up with my brother and his family out there too which made it all the more enjoyable. But the hotel was amazing staff are friendly and happy to accommodate too.

Hotel and staff was super. I have an exillent vaccation. Close to everything you need and manus things to do. I am surely come back here and stay at Numa. Very many diffrent food choises. I warmly recomed a trip here.

Me and my family stayed from the 25th of September and recently just got home. From reading the bad reviews, we was a bit skeptical about the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with really friendly staff. The staff took your bags to your room and would not let you lift a finger! They also helped you with Wi-Fi codes and putting the air conditioner on. We were offered a drink and something to eat but as it was so late, we didn’t really bother. The rooms were clean and had a lot of space, 6 of us shared a room and there was plenty of space to store our clothes/cases. The next morning, there was plenty of sunbeds around the main pool and the slide pool. But the only issue we found with the sun loungers is the covering got a bit hot if it wasn’t covered with a towel. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff was always making sure that there was plenty of food. The ladies at the snack bar was so friendly and always asked how your day was. The entertainment was great but found it was more for children, included children in all aspects of the entertainment. The entertainment team went above and beyond, made everyone feel welcome and made sure that everyone participated (if they wanted to) and made the evening brilliant. In particular Azad, we enjoyed the activities in the day such as water gym, he always made sure the moves we did were inclusive for everyone! He was a star! Overall, I really will miss this hotel and really hope to return again. Thankyou for making our holiday one to remember❤️

Just got back from a 10 night stay and hotel it is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is plenty of food so you will not go hungry including down at the beach bar. The entertainment is excellent there is a kids mini disco for kids at night and there is different family entertainment every night so u you will not be bored. Also during the day the entertainment team provide you with entertainment such as darts,waterpolo and aqua gym. If you children are interested they are able to go and paint a top or bag. Hotel seems to be too small to accommodate the guest numbers. Get up early if you want a sunbed the sign with no towels before 8am is not enforced and if you get a bed expect little room to yourself. Relaxing pool seems ok if you have no kids. Pool area very slippy seen many people slip and fall on steps. Dinner there is good choices and should find something you will like but you may not find a table to eat at as there doesn’t seem to be enough tables to accommodate guests at times. Drinks are ok vodka, gin, whiskey and local beer and soft drinks. Entertainment is ok. Indoor pool never seems to be looked at lights in the water laying on bottom of pool with wires connected. Rooms are small with tv,one small cupboard and fridge gets filled with two bottles of water each day, good luck trying to sit on balcony if air conditioning is on in room as we had ours and next room unit on are balcony. Overall I expected more reading a lot of the reviews seems like you will either love it or not.

Arrived very early morning after a long transfer, reception staff very accommodating asking if we are hungry or thirsty (just wanted to get to bed). Hotel room very clean and smelt nice, unfortunately for us we was over the kitchen avoid room 1205. We avoided the beach pools and happily stayed in the adult relax pool, the staff were hot on making sure no children were in that pool. Food can’t knock it really. Sunday no entertainment on. This was the let down nothing around the hotel no nightlife no restaurants a few shops and hotels, we took a trip in to Alanya a lot more to do. People do offer to pick up up and take you to their shop or their restaurant which you can easily find who will do this by joining the Facebook page.

Hotel is so good for the price, only a short walk to the beach. Great sized pool, room was spotless and had a great shower, The animation team were amazing and all spoke good english. Especially Azad, really funny guy, made us feel really welcome and made the holiday memorable. Lots of different activities throughout the day for all ages so everyone can get involved. Bar man Ibrahim was always friendly and cheerful and he remembered our drinks order every time! Only downfalls were cocktails not included in "all inclusive". Snack bar and beach bar were good but food in the restaurant was very hit and miss. Ice creams only available for 2 hours of the day which was disappointing. The pros outweigh the cons so would still return!

We have just got home from a 2 week stay at Numa Konaktepe. The hotel is not perfect but the holiday experience is amazing. The only real negatives are the limited selection of food and the size of the rooms. The food that we had was good but there wasn’t much to choose from particularly for children although the pizzas at the beach were a massive hit with my sons. The best food was Turkish night. The room for 4 of us was cramped but we spent so little time in our room it didn’t seem to matter to much. The rooms are clean and the maids are brilliant. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, they all work so incredibly hard and do a fantastic job. The entertainment staff go above and beyond to give everyone that extra special holiday experience, massive thanks to Dogus and Azad. The bar and restaurant staff are friendly and always gave us service with a smile, we loved the 2 Ibriham’s. Lots of shops about a 10 minute walk if you turn right , lots of restaurants will pick you up from the hotel if you make contact via Facebook . Would we go back ? Definitely as the price was amazing for 2 weeks all inclusive. The children think it was the best holiday they have ever been on! We stayed at the end of the season so the last couple of days were quieter but this didn’t effect our enjoyment. If you do any excursions, I would recommend one of the pirate boat tours , lots of swimming in the sea. Get all your shopping in the local area as the airport is massively overpriced.
