I just came back from Dizalya hotel. Very nice hotel! Amazing food, so much and variety for everyone. All day you can have a coffee. Rooms every day are cleaned, all object is very clean and nice. Very nice animations every day, for adults and also for kids. The staff very friendly and helpful with anything you want. The sea is by the hotel and you can have a free sunbeds. The bar in hotel is close by the pool and also by the beach. Everything on big plus! Recommended!!

The hotel itself isn’t too bad, you get what you paid for, but bloody hell, did not expect 4* to have such awful staff! The staff really did ruin our trip because you remember how people treat you more than anything! I paid extra for laundry and the fuss they cause when I told them they didn’t iron our clothes properly but still wanted to get paid fully! Awful people! Would not recommend this place!

this hotel is just a comedy. the food is disgusting, the drink and by that I mean with Pepsi is disgusting. the beach is a parody of the beach. the environment of the area is about nothing. the waterslides stop flowing even when children are on the waterslides. just to save money. It's a cheaper hotel, but don't come here. you will ruin your vacation!!!!! In turkey its lot of good hotels And cheep but have good food And top beach this hotel dont have nothing.

The hotel has a large and beautiful area. Everything is well maintained and very tidy. If you want a quiet and relaxing rest, this is the hotel for you. The hotel is on the seafront, so I think every hotel has a big plus. We were on holiday at the beginning of the season, there weren’t many guests yet. Therefore, we had a great opportunity for a quiet rest. As the holidays came to an end, the number of guests began to increase. Evening programs did not run every night. But near the hotel it was possible to go to the "Summer Garden" for entertainment. A large selection of shopping is close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff is 100% dedicated to their work and the comfort and convenience of the hotel guests. The rooms were perfectly tidy every day. The bartenders and waiters were always at great service and kept their work position clean and tidy. Hotel staff İbrahim Çetin took great care of the hotel guests. Ferhat Ülgüt also took great care of its excellent cocktails and guest comfort. Beyazit Bayır took great care of the guests' entertainment and entertainment from morning until evening. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a great and relaxing holiday. You're great. 😊🥰👍😍🤝

So disappointing. I chose this hotel based on all the good reviews but I honestly can’t see what everyone is raving about. Forget about the things that you want your holiday to be… fun, relaxing, comfortable. This hotel fails in the most basic of ways…. It is unhygienic, dirty and crammed. The pool is too small for the amount of rooms they have and is so crammed with people you can only tread water as there is no space to swim. The rocky area is unsafe and it is a scam to call it a beach. The restaurant/ pool bar/ show area are all in the same place so when you want to have a drink in the evening, there is still food all over the tables and floor! No one (not even the staff) wear face coverings (which are supposedly mandatory for their COVID safe tourism certificate) and the tables and queues in the restaurant are very close together so social distancing is impossible. The bar drinks are extremely limited and don’t even have lemon. The worst part of the hotel though is the rooms. You can hear every sound from the room next to you, even when someone sneezes! When we were shown to our room, the smell from the toilet was disgusting. We had to keep the door closed and the balcony door open. There were also other problems with the room; I stood on a piece of glass on the dirty floor, there was a used bar of soap in the shower (rooms hadn’t been cleaned and emptied properly before we arrived) and the shower wouldn’t drain (it was flooding the bathroom floor). We told reception who said they didn’t have any free rooms but someone would come later in the day to clean it again. When we got back in the room, we were hit by a terrible smell and found the drain on the floor in the bathroom had exploded and there was sewage spilling into the bathroom. We immediately packed up our bags and asked reception to send someone to help us. After waiting for half an hour outside the room, we realized no one was coming and dragged our bags to reception. Only after showing them the photos of the s**t all over the floor did they miraculously find a new room for us (meaning they lied the first time we requested a different room). After talking to some of the staff, it seems that the rooms on the ground floor often have sewage problems and they didn’t seem surprised by it at all!

We stayed at Club Dizalya two weeks ago and overall we had a good experience. The hotel has got a main building with small rooms and a small balcony. Ours luckily faced the ocean from one angle. Then they have smaller buildings for large families I assume, and these buildings are surrounded by beautiful and well cared gardens. The hotel offers a decent variety of food including soups, meats and fish for lunch and dinner, plenty of salads and garnishes such as rice, vegetables and potatoes. There is a snack bar by the pool that offers pastas, burgers, French fries, pizza all day. There are places where you can get coffee (instant Jacobs) and soft drinks at all times. The food and desserts always looked delicious but I personally found it tasteless sometimes, especially the deserts ( they are just extremely sweet) but this is my personal experience. The staff around the restaurants and bars are very young, I would say students which are really willing to help you with what you need, however most of them don’t speak English, so sometimes it was challenging to get what you needed. In my case I eat gluten and lactose free and I could never get gluten free bread or other type of milk but cow because I could not explain what I wanted. Most of the tourists were Russians and Germans so most of the staff spoke those languages. At breakfast time you can get variety of pastries, bread, pancakes and eggs. Also Turkish specialities. Coffee and tea were not good at all. Dinner time goes, from 7:00-9:00 pm and lunch time from 12: 00 - 2:00 pm which I found quite short. Because of COVID, you are not allowed to serve yourself so you need to wait for the staff standing in front of the aisles to give you what you want. Sometimes you needed to wait and I think it was normal until some rude tourists wanted to skip the line and got served first, that was really annoying because it happened several times. The hotel area is big andI believe it was at its full capacity, however it did not feel crowded, only if you wanted to have your meals during the first hours of opening. The pool is relatively big and I just saw mostly families with small children around it. That looked busy and packed. There is a smaller pool for children with slides at the other end of the hotel but slides are opening only at certain times. The hotel has got its own private beach area which was something we looked for. We spent our time at the beach are where there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas close to the shore. The actual beach area with access to the ocean is very small. Most of the area is a rocky formation. We didn’t mind that as there is also a platform with access to the sea where you can swim nicely and this place was not crowded. The rooms are small and a bit outdated but very clean. They cleaned them everyday and the lady in charge always surprised us with nice towel decorations. At night they have entertainment for small children and I believe they also have it during
