We are coming second time already with the whole big family. We love this hotel. Good food, friendly stuff, excellent environment. In the rooms they totally renovate bathrooms from last year. I want to say thanks to çjğdem, very good girl, lifeguard and really doing her job excellent. Also very good animation team Tettee, Erin, Nush. We were having fun at zumba, volleyball, darts, aerobic. At the reception Lena helped us every time. The owners did a great job so you feel in this hotel like home. We would love to come back again.

Animation team best team for people, funny and cool. Tettee best animator. Zumba dance it,s the cool and funny. We love Xeno hotel and we are come back again. My children verry happy. Personal in the hotel very good. Super, super, super. We love Xeno

Gym is destroyed and full trading is not possible. Break with food is too long for children beetween 16-19 You will not found any food at this time. Animation and barmans very nice always whant to help. Food is good, swimmingpool fine and aquapark albo nice.

The best experience i have had in a Hamam. The Hamam was very clean, the Sauna was great, the service was proffessional, the staff were very helpful, Ibrahim was my masseuse and was fantastic, very experienced, and i did not feel the massage was rushed in any way. It was the best massage, and took away a years worth of stress in five days, would recommend, and would come again. Thank you..

We arrived on the 16th and where greeted by tettee from the animation team what amazing man. Has made our holiday with all the actives can’t fault him and the team. Nothing but amazing!! Would highly recommend coming and meeting the team. We defo come back

The entertainment is brilliant, tettee does the best water zumba every morning, everyone joins in and it’s a lot of fun. Nur gives all of the information for the entertainment and excursions from the hotel for clubs, parties and activities on the beach. the entire animation team is great with everyone who stays here and they are so friendly

After reading recent reviews we were anxious about what to expect when we arrived. Yes, first impressions of the room was it was very dated. When we woke up the next day refreshed and saw it in day light we realised the room wasn’t that bad. It had age related marks but it was clean. We had our room serviced every day to our satisfaction. The cleaner always went over and above our expectations to make the room presentable for our return with little touches. Only complaint really was the mattresses were very hard. All the staff around the complex were friendly and very attentive to look after us in the restaurant, bar including the life guard and the man who worked all day everyday in the shop. Food was good as we have experienced a lot worse on holiday. Fresh pancakes and omelettes cooked to order for breakfast. Ample choice of cereals and breads. I am vegetarian and was happy with my selection at all meal times. My partner is a carnivore and enjoyed the meats. Better labelling of food would have helped though as we had to guess some of the time what items were. Snack bar offers chicken nuggets, burgers and chips between times for kids and fussy adults. A hard working lady makes fresh savoury cheese pancakes throughout the day (apart from on a Monday), these were amazing! Beer was Tuborg always chilled. Wine satisfactory but not chilled, requested ice so not a big problem. Soft drinks were proper coke, sprite etc. Ample facilities around pool for example shop, hairdressers, henna tattoo at extra cost. Free indoor pool, tennis courts and table tennis. If you look at the total cost of your holiday and break it down it is value for money, our flights cost more than the hotel itself. Not many other families from UK so there was a language barrier with other guests mainly from Russia but not with staff. Outside hotel a ***** of markets and shops. Cheap taxi fare into Alanya. All excursions we booked collected us from hotel and brought us back safely. No issues and we would return. Thank you from Scotland!

When I first booked in the receptionist was worse than incompetent but things improved the next morning the staff work very hard the restaurant staff excellent the bar staff also are excellent the rooms are spotless we are now having a nice time but this hotel is not up to 4 star standard I stayed here when it was 3 star it has not had any updates and is looking very dated so moving to 4 star has raised expectations and 4 star amenities are just just not there yet but for a cheap and cheerful all-inclusive stay it's good value
