We had an awesome stay at this luxury halal resort. Huge thanks to Tugce and Yigit, the friendly and helpful receptionists who helped us out even though we don’t speak Turkish. The separate men's and women's pools both with their own slides were great. The staff were all excellent. The resort is just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach. It’s perfect for families, with lots of free activities for kids like archery, water polo, and volleyball. The arcade and bowling cost extra, but the prices are reasonable. The food was fresh and tasty. The indoor jacuzzi and spa were really high quality. The only small issue was the music, which wasn’t halal, but overall, it was an amazing experience.

We are thrilled with the service at Bera Alanya. We left paper souvenirs in the dining room hours ago and were convinced that it was lost forever. We had taken special photos/souvenirs at Alanya Castle and were so excited to bring them home. After we spoke with Guest Relations Yigit and Tugce personally both assisted us and Yigit went into the dining room and found it for us. We are so thrilled with the experience - thank you to both!

Best hotel and resort! our family really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come again. All the staff especially Zubeida and Demet provide exceptional service and are always cheerful. Food is very good and there is a lot of variety. 10/10

Top service, friendly and welcoming staff, especially Zubeda. Really enjoyed our stay! The separate pools make it convenient for our family and the food had variety and was delicious too. I would definitely love to visit again. One of the best resorts I've been to.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel. I have enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again inShaaAllah. This hotel is the best. Demet (guest relations) is a wonderful person. She has made our stay and experience amazing. Zubeida is also very welcoming and very friendly. They both deserve the best. All staff here are really good 5 star services. The hotel has all the facilities you would need. I have been to many places but this one is the best from all. I cannot praise it enough. May God bless the staff here and this hotel. Thank you.

Great services, hospitality and all round enjoyable experience. Also have good services within the resort such as external activities like Dolphin Show, Boat Trips, Antalya Tour, etc., courtesy of Cankat Turizm. Would definitely reconsider coming again!
