"Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect."

"Very good hot spring hotel, 6-7 minutes by car from Yunoyama Hot Spring Station. It is the season to watch the red leaves when you go. The hotel has a small shop but the inside is Liuyan Huaming. If you have a chance, you will go to Xiaozhu."

"so very nice hotspring,wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!"

"The hotel is at the entrance of Yuzaisuo Mountain. It is very convenient to go to the mountain by cable car. The hotel has a loan cut and open-air bath. We went to the mountain in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon, we had a hot spring in the hotel, which relieved our fatigue."
