The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles.
All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there.

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing.
We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own.
The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

I am very happy to have chosen this hot spring hotel!
The staff's service is very considerate. In addition to booking a special car to pick you up when entering and leaving, there are also people who come out to greet the guests.
The facilities are also surprising. In addition to basic drinks and snacks, there is also a free DIY popcorn experience, which is very suitable for children to try their hands at making. There are also photographers in the hotel to take photos of guests’ memories of their visit and give them photo souvenirs to take home.
The open-air bath is located some distance away from the hotel. It is located in the mountains, so you can enjoy the natural hot springs while enjoying the natural scenery. It is so relaxing!

The hospitality was good from the check-in. Also, we were able to buy ropeway tickets cheaply and save on parking fees. It was a shame that we couldn't go to the open-air bath because of the rain.

Rooms, hospitality, and breakfast exceeded expectations. It was a great satisfaction.
The transportation to and from the station was friendly and the scenery was nice. I had previously gone to a place where the bathroom smelled like mold and had turned black and I was disappointed, so this time I was very impressed with the renovated and clean bathroom. I still want to use it.
