so very nice hotspring,wilike a falls  hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!

I have stayed in nearly 100 hot spring hotels during my travels in Japan. This one is the worst. The facilities are old and poor. It feels like it has not been updated for many years. The hot springs don't have much scenery to see.

位置非常好，温泉。。。。。。，就在索道邊上，酒店很大不過老是真的有點老，飯沒啥驚喜吃不吃無所謂。。。

口コミいまいちで、期待しないでTwinに宿泊したが、部屋は広く清潔、眺め良し。食事も高級感があり美味、風呂も、屋内、露天、打たせと３種類が楽しめる。 １６時半のチェックインで食事が１７時半からには慌てさせられた。

I stayed at Twin with low expectations due to poor reviews, but the room was spacious, clean, and had a good view. The food is luxurious and delicious, and you can enjoy three types of baths: indoor, outdoor, and hot. Check-in was at 4:30 pm and we were rushed to eat at 5:30 pm.

I didn't contact a lot of staff, but I could imagine the whole thing if I talked to some people. Especially, the care and the way of talking to the person in charge at the restaurant were not the correspondence in the textbook that I felt in other hotels, but it was a correspondence that I thought I was really concerned. There are several hotels that are delicious and hot springs, but I don't think there are so many hotels that make you feel happy. Finally, ”people” are important.

Since the volcanic hot springs in the southern part of Kyushu are the main every day, I stayed at the holiday refresh for one night with ２ meals without expecting the hot springs. The hot springs are normal in facilities and size, and the hotel level is maintained. The general age deterioration is not denied in the whole building, and the air conditioning in the room is not individual, and it is a push of the old hi and Lo button, and the door of the unit bus has a step that is not unusual The living environment more than 30 years ago is rusty. The meal was ok. In conclusion, it is not suitable as a resort, but it is a passing point if it is two people on the day before the holiday and 1.8 million or less. There was a memory that the smell of hot water was drifting around the front desk (I think the hot spring itself is smellless) The room was a simple Japanese room and there was no bath Breakfast is a Viking form There are chair table seats and tatami table seats (take off shoes and seat futons) There is a deodorant spray, no air cleaner, wifi was available only at 8-22 o'clock.
