We had a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and could see the ropeway cable cars from a distance. Our room was very spacious. Staff were very nice and helpful. There is even an indoor private onsen you can reserve, which the front desk staff recommended we try.

so very nice hotspring,wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!

The room was clean and nice. The hot spring was nice. Coffee was charged. I understand if it was a coffee cup, but if they were providing paper cups, I wish they had at least made it a free service.

I didn't realize that the Omakase Plan didn't include toothbrush amenities, but I'm glad I brought one just in case.
Laying out the futon myself was actually fun.

On the mountainside of Yunoyama, it is suitable for self-driving people. The hotel is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles. Dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style. There is also a hot spring. If you feel bored, you can use table tennis for free.
