Paying 185.000 for two nights for two people, you would think that you wouldn't have to worry about things like the air conditioner in the room not working, the hairdryer shutting off after 1-2 minutes, the safe never opening after it's been set. The fact that the amount I paid in advance when I booked the room, I receive a bill for a completely different amount on arrival because they think I transferred HUF to a foreign currency account, which of course was not indicated anywhere, obviously makes you feel not better... I went beyond that and got 3000 HUF minus such a large amount... but maybe I did not read the right account number in the magic ball. Then my wife is almost run over by a waiter when he goes the wrong way to an open toilet, saying that the service toilet is not allowed in there, but that the guests can be reached via a maze with the help of a map, which is quite unpleasant according to the employee himself. I suggested getting a "Toilet" sign with a directional arrow, not expensive... After the shock of my first dinner I immediately recoiled when the bill for the two lemonades I had with my meal showed 11000 forints as the total, and then my confusion was immediately answered with a yes yes because there was also champagne and macarons being prepared and now being billed. In my sudden girlish embarrassment I remembered only later that they had already charged me for the preparation at the time of booking. I am curious to know the total..... The bowling alley is cramped, outdated, 30% of the game time was spent with some hapless machine trying to pick up the pins and put them back on the alley. No one was playing, we wanted to use the 8pm lane booked for 7:30pm, unfortunately we got a no reply. After all, I'm paying for it or not?! There is a lift to 3 floors which is as frequent as the long-distance bus, but the advantage is that you can immediately use the first sauna room because the fan, which is supposed to cool the air, emits a warm air of about 50 degrees, a refreshment when you get to the desired floor. To give you something good to write about, the pools are fine, obviously because of the many complaints from the last few years they had to fix them if we are talking about a wellness hotel. It's outrageous that a facility of this quality and price can still operate. If you don't want to spend your holidays fretting and fretting, don't choose this instead. P.S.: I ask the hotel management to spare me their pre-insert auto-reply and regrets. And we will NOT NOT visit you again, no matter how much you trust us. No disrespect.
