Stayed on 12/31. Generally understaffed. Poor arrangement. The dining room is too cold. Meals are average. The sashimi was delicious. Toshikoshi soba is lukewarm. thin. Even though it was a yuzu-flavored dashi soup. The walls of the room are thin or the sound of footsteps and water on the upper floor is noisy. This is the worst. Various goods have room numbers, but they don't match. The bath was nice. Large communal bath ✖️ 2, even in the open-air bath in the room, if the amenities of the large communal bath are reduced, should the explanation be more? If you don't clean frequently, I'd like you to put wipers that customers can use freely. It's full of hair. It seems that it has not been long since the grand opening under the umbrella of HIS, but the staff seemed to be busy, but they responded with a smile. It was an inn where you can clearly see the cost reduction. So, I think it's better to get rid of the old image of Tsujinoya Hana no Sho.
