I stayed on 12/31. There are few staff. The arrangement is poor. The dining area is too cold. The food is average. The sashimi was delicious. The New Year's Eve soba was lukewarm. Thin. The soup was flavored with yuzu. The walls of the room are thin, so the footsteps and water from the floors above and next to us were noisy. This is the worst. There are room numbers on various items, but they don't match. The bath was good. There are two large baths and an open-air bath in the room. However, if they are reducing the amenities in the large bath, should they provide more explanations? If they don't clean it regularly, I wish they would provide wipers that guests can use freely. It's full of hair. It seems that it has only just opened under the umbrella of HIS, but the staff are busy, but they were smiling and helpful. It was an inn where you can clearly see the cost reduction. So, I think it would be better to wipe away the image of the old Tsujinoya Hana no Sho.
