It was nice to have a large bath. Getting in and out of the room is a little inconvenient.

Hotel location is easy to find. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park. The bathroom is spacious and the room has enough space. Please let us know in advance that the power will be turned off if the microwave oven and water heater are operated at the same time.

お世話になりました。
小牧基地オープンベース（小牧基地航空祭）2023に参加するためにエクスペディアから格安旅行プランで申し込みました。九州から飛行機で名古屋空港に着き、名古屋空港から徒歩でホテルに向かいました。（7〜8km距離があって大変しんどかったです。）
初めての愛知県、初めての小牧でした。
私は昔から煙草のニオイが嫌いで、タバコ吸いませんが、消臭にも配慮？してくださったみたいで微かに臭う程度までしてくださりありがとうございました。
部屋も広くて綺麗でした。快適だったです。窓口担当の方の対応も丁寧でよかったです。
チェックアウトが早朝3:10頃だったのですが、タクシーも手配して下さりありがとうございました。
チェックインからアウトまで、わずか7時間くらいでしたが、今度、また小牧基地航空祭のときには利用したいと思っています。
残念だった点が、チェックインが20時からだったのが残念でした。重い荷物を担いで8km弱歩き、寒い中、20時が来るまで外で待ちました。
航空祭参加でチェックアウトも多分早いので、できれば、普通のホテルのような15時チェックイン、翌日10時チェックアウトのようなビジネスプランがあると嬉しいです。
あと、夜中2:30頃に他の客が部屋の呼び鈴を突然鳴らされ、ドアノブをガチャガチャされたのにはさすがにびっくりして飛び起きました泣。
あと、例えばなんですが、自転車レンタルサービスなんかあったら凄く嬉しかったです！ホテル周りに何もなく（少し歩いてローソンあるくらいです）宿泊者サービスで自転車とかあれば嬉しいなと思いました。
