"The room was clean and the housekeeping staff would send water to the room during the evening meal.
Two days of kaiseki dinner is not awkward, very looking forward to the freshness. The staff in the hall are very kind, and the students are very good at English and proactive. I appreciate the staff service in the hall very much and deserve praise!
The hotel lobby is designed in a traditional style with flowers and flowers everywhere, which is like a work of art.
The room design is quite old, but the maintenance is not bad."

"We tried to reserve two rooms for my wife and my sister, but it didn't work out for my sister, which was a bit of a problem.
The staff member at the time was very kind and helpful, which was very much appreciated. This was the fourth time we stayed here as a couple, and although mountain climbing is affected by the season and weather, we were able to stay at the hotel with peace of mind.

"The hospitality at the Nagami-No-Yuyado Nakayama is fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by the proprietress. I don’t know if they can speak Chinese, but their English ability is quite high. It is easily accessible to Komagane Bus Terminal and Komagane Station. The baths are very quaint and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Komagane!"

"Living on the fifth floor, there is a toilet and a shower room. You can see the lake. The morning scenery is first-class. Then you can see the snow-capped mountains by the lake. The snow-capped mountains and the lake view are a must. The breakfast is decent. There is an open-air environment like the forest. There are a lot of parking spaces. If you drive by yourself, there is a Guangqian Temple nearby. Must go to see, when I go, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and overall I will think of visiting again"

Breakfast, Japanese buffet type, not much refill (may be not much guess). Request for certain refill food is ok.

"Although it is a dormitory that has been in a hurry because of the change of schedule, it is a double room with no inconvenience for a family of 4 with 3 adults. Especially for two people, the bed is very big Breakfast is good and the view at the end of the central Alps in the morning is so pretty.
There is no hot spring itself, but there were good day trip hot springs nearby."
