We have a room with direct assess to the pool. ⛱️
The hotel is directly on the beach 🏖️ it has servals pools and a water park, you can spend as much time as you want in the water. 🌊
It has 5 restaurants offer breakfasts, lunches and dinners with hundreds choices of food 🥐🥯🥨🍳🍔🥩🥞🍖🍕🧆and more than 100 drinks including alcohol drinks. 🥤🧋🍶🍺🍸🍷🍻1 pool bar and 1 food corner offer snacks, desserts and drinks all day long. 🍪🍿🍩🍮🍦🍹🥃
The highlight: everything is FREE!! You can drink and eat as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want! 🆓

The wind is quite strong and you can’t go into the water. It’s a great hotel. It’s enough to stay for 2 days because you can’t eat the buffet on the third day 😂

The service, the employees, the pool, the buffet everything was great!
A truly incredible experience, we have done different hotels in Crete and it is clearly above the rest.
Chania at 30mn and Balos at 1h00.
Only small downside, the quality of the coffee from the restaurant machines but possible to take it to the different bars to have a quality one :)
Ditto for the choice of non-alcoholic cocktails which is a bit limited
But nothing dramatic greatly enhanced by everything else!
Thank you to the teams for their kindness and professionalism!

Overall a smart, well kept all-inclusive with modern, clean rooms, large pools, beautiful beach, gym, spa, great water park for the kids. However, a few things put a dampener on our experience: * Disappointing food & drink (quality as well as selection/range) in both the buffet and the so-called a la carte restaurants * Slow service in the restaurants (staff was friendly but they didn't seem to be very well organised) * The beach was full of litter - during a walk along the beautiful beach, I picked up an armful of plastic waste. So sad. * Hospital ward lighting and bad acoustics (noisy) in the lobby bar and the restaurants - extremely un-cozy. * The rooms (we stayed in a family room with a side sea view as well as a suite with our own pool) have absolutely no hooks or towel racks or anywhere at all to hang anything. You're forced to put your towels, swim suits, clothes on the floor. E.g. when you go to take a shower, you have to put the towel on the floor outside the shower cubicle... * You can't lock the (frosted glass) toilet door... Felt a bit like going to the toilet in public. Awkward. * The village and area surrounding the hotel was very sad - garbage and litter absolutely everywhere, abandoned properties, stray cats... A stark contrast to the hotel grounds.

Everything was perfect. Seriously, I had an amazing time, and I would love to return! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our room was so nice and clean, the room design is modern. We loved the all inclusive experience. It's great that you get to both have the buffet, but also choose from the ala carte restaurants three times per week. Also, it was so relaxing to be by the pool and the attentive staff that would serve us when ever we needed.

Really loved staying at the Euphoria resort. We stayed here in September and really enjoyed our stay. The level of service was excellent and the food was outstanding. Lots of choice which included catering for my wife gluten free diet. The chefs would explain what she could or couldn’t have which was really helpful. We had a swim up family room with a sea view and seeing this view each day was amazing. The staff who work at the euphoria resort are a real credit to the hotel, they are very polite and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. We had dinner at all four A la carte restaurants on site and each one the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Tuesday night street food and Dj festival with some good music and drinks flowing. The evening entertainment is elegant and might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but a few nights were good and the bar being open until midnight always helps. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Euphoria resort and would definitely go back.

We visited this hotel in September. We love everythig here- such a lovely staff, great and warm sea, tasty food. We stayed in the room 203 with pool and big thanks to housekeeper who was very nice and did such a great job. One suggestion- as a cat rescuer, try to think to sterilise cats and castrate tomcats. Cats in the hotel are pregnant, I saw many small kittens and it would solve the problems. Some tomcats were agressive which may be problem for some clients. Thank you for best holiday!

Euphoria Hotel placed the hospitality expectations, and raised the client expected standards from Crete hotels very high. It is the best value Hotel in its category, beautiful, well kept premises, very clean and cosy deco. In addition there is plenty of staff in place in all position, so you can feel the service. But last and not least the food is excellent in quality and deep variety of options. As Iam travelling around the world in similar all inclusive hotels, I can rate it to the top, and I can understand now why this hotel has so many loyalt clients tha visit for 5 to 7 times in row. Keep the good work!

it's luxury that you seek, plus, fabulous service, the best food you've ever eaten, chilled surroundings then I recommend to come here, my husband & 14 year old daughter spent a week here and had one of the best holidays we've ever had, thanks to obviously the amazing weather but the hotel made it for us, no sun bed wars m, beds available anytime of day, pool side drinks service all day, there was food available all day, staff are amazing! entertainment was excellent definitely no expensive spared, in the morning while having breakfast there was music sometimes live, things to do if you want in pool during day, entertainment every night which is chilled and nothing to heavy, the festival they have every week is amazing live music entertainment and excellent Du, the street food is absolutely amazing, the only criticism we had was check in procedure is awful and we waited a long time to get into our room this definitely needs re assessing as this does not give your hotel experience a good start, also would be nice to have the mini fridge filled daily it was nice to have a wine & beer in there but never had again the juices were amazing and there was plenty of water, really there is no fault this hotel just needs a couple of tweaks, thank you Euphoria for an amazing holiday
