This new hotel has a very convenient location in 300 m to the Kolomna Kremlin. There are a large number of good cafes and shops in 500 m.

Отель очень понравился, обязательно приедем еще раз. Номер чистый, все необходимое в номере есть. Расположение отеля отличное, достопримечательности все рядом. Персонал очень приветливый, заботливый. Однозначно буду рекомендовать своим друзьям

Благодарю весь персонал за гостеприимство! Персонал вежливый, добрый и идут на встречу в любых вопросах! Номер в котором проживал очень комфортный! Уборка производилась каждый день, что очень приятно, питание в гостинице очень хорошее!!! Все кто приезжает в город Коломна обязательно заселяйтесь в гостиницу Гражданка!!!

Останавливались на 1 день, номер чистый и уютный, на завтрак предложили рикотини и блинчики с мясом, так же можно купить капсульный кофе. Хорошее расположение, совсем рядом находится Кремль, в пешей доступности достопримечательности.

Отель хороший,ставлю 5,есть недочёты: стаканы есть,нет воды в номере(на фото есть), ковролин в коридоре ужасно грязный. Плюсы для 3х звёзд: есть халаты, неожиданно, спасибо!),в ванне на каждого по 3 полотенца!, и сухие салфетки.Завтрак не плохой-мы наелись,есть кофемашина нэспрессо(капсулы привозите с собой). Главное,кто на авто,не пропустите поворот(по навигатору),знака нет,дорожка узкая(люди идут или авто проедит) прям возле трамвайных путей

Гостиница хорошая из плюсов очень удобные кровати , красивый интерьер. Расположение не очень удачное под окнами трамвайные пути (даже успокаевает 😁) из минусов очень тонкие стены всех соседей слышно. В пяти минутах находится инвеный центр Коломна. Ставлю 5 звёзд ⭐

Всё прекрасно, как захожу в эту гостиницу сразу видно чистоту, кормят просто космос! В номерах всегда чисто,тут очень добрые люди,тут некогда не бывало грязно всегда чисто! Тут очень хорошо относятся к детям, не кто не грубит, всё просто супер!

Гостиница очень хорошая , уютные номера , удобные кровати , вкусная еда, и до катка ходить всего 5 минут , есть большой шкаф , тумбочки , которые всегда пригодятся, хороший телевизор , душ, все чисто и уютно, персонал вежливый и дружелюбный
