It was a very nice and large apartment. Very close to the beach. Clean, everything was there. The bathroom is beautifully large. The view is beautiful. The wellness area is in the neighbouring hotel, for that it is super. Check in was super uncomplicated and fast. We all had a lot of fun and come back in any case.

Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

Entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Standard Keine Klimaanlage Keine Lüftung im Bad Keine Kosmetikartikel außer Shampoo Kein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad Kein Ganzkörperspiegel Kein Kaffee/Tee nur Wasserkocher im Zimmer Kein Safe im Zimmer Keine Strandtücher Keine Türstopper an den Hotelzimmertüren (kaum ein Gast lässt diese langsam ins Schloss fallen, so das es sekündlich laute Knallgeräuche gibt) Zimmer nicht schallisoliert( man hört normale Gespräche, geschweige Fernsehgeräuche übermäßig laut) Bademantel ist kostenpflichtig Keine Slipper Balkonmöbel verrostet und sehr unbequem Keinerlei vegane Kost( Tofu, Sojaprodukte, Milchalternativen) Frühstück 2 Brotsorten u. 2 Brötchensorten Kaum Obst in 2 Wochen nur Orangenspalten und Melone weder Obstsalate TIPP : auf den Märkten kann man sich die herrlichsten Pfirsiche, Aprikosen, Kirschen,Erdbeeren und sonstiges Beerenobst besorgen und das bei 4 Sternen 2 Wochen täglich gleiche Wurst und Kasesorten( je 4) Abendessen 3 warme Gerichte (sofern man das überhaupt so nennen kann), welche sich nach einer Woche haargenau wiederholen täglich eine Gemüsevariante zur Auswahl;) In 2 Wochen jeden Abend Kraut,-Möhren-u. Rote Beetesalat sowie grünen Salat serviert bekommen Es stehen als Sättigungsbeilage täglich Kartoffeln und entweder Reis oder Hirsebrei oder ähnliches zur Verfügung Es gibt weder einmal Pommes, Kroketten, Kartoffelspalten, Rösti....ist hier nicht bekannt???

Polecam Hotel Jantar w Kołobrzegu. Nasz pobyt w czasie lockdownu (kwiecień 2021) był bardzo bezpieczny. Profesjonalna obsługa dbała o zachowanie reżimu sanitarnego. Śniadania i inne posiłki serwowane były do pokoju, rezrewacja pobytu na basenie oraz zabiegów leczniczych pozwalała uniknąć spotkań z innymi gośćmi. Śniadania obfite i bardzo smaczne. Duża różnorodność i możliwość wyboru ciepłego posiłku. Obiady w cenie 45 zł/os również smaczne i gorące. Można je było zamówić w każdej chwili aż do wieczora. Pokój był czysty, z dodatkowym stolikiem i sofą przy których mogliśmy zjeść posiłki. Łóżka osobne, łączone. Mieliśmy bardzo jasny, rogowy pokój. Łazienka z prysznicem - tu mały problem z zapachem z rur. Na szczęście gdy zgłosiliśmy problem w recepcji dano nam zapach do kontaktu. Do dyspozycji był basen, jacuzzi i sauny. Przyjemne miejsce nad którym sprawował piecze bardzo sympatyczny Pan Ratownik. Czyste ręczniki dostawaliśmy na miejscu, a schodziliśmy w szlafrokach z pokoju (lekko sfatygowane, ale fajnie, że były). Duży wybór zabiegów SPA oraz zabiegów leczniczych. Hotel w pobliżu deptaku, spacerkiem 5 min na plażę. Pobyt oceniamy jako bardzo udany.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reviews were good. The hotel can not handle basic services. First - hotel is selling spa treatments which the spa is not providing anymore, second- during Saturday evening meal you will be treated as a second class quest because there will be much more valuable groups attending meal time, third- do not expect your coffee/tea supplies provided in your room unless you will ask a reception desk in the morning, and mostly annoying - the front desk has no idea how to check you out. I was told that I need to pay more, because ”some of the services are charged with 8% VAT and other with 23% VAT - so computer said I owe money”, I did not agree with that. Then I was told that ” system arranged my payment in different way and that is why I am in debt”. I refused again. So front desk employee went and ask a hidden colleague and I was told I am clear, got my parking ticket to get out and I left. About an 1 hr later I got a call from hotel - I owe money for sure! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a stress free break.
