Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

The newest hotel in Kolobrzeg next to the beach. Perfect location at the end of the city, where you can enjoy beautiful views and quitness. Rooms are very clean and equipped with all stuff you need during your holidays, even the clothes dryer on the balcony. Food is delicious with huge variety of produsts on the bufet, also at the dinners. Stuff is super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Agata from the reception :) Hotel still have some little construction works, but it doesn't bother you at all. We can’t wait to came back and check the full offer including SPA and pool.

Wir buchten einen KUR Urlaub im Arka Medical Spa Hotel. Die erhoffte Erholung und medizinische Hilfe für MEIN Krankheitsbild blieb aus. Mit dem Kur Paket bekommt man eher allgemeine Anwendungen. KÄLTE: Wir hatten bei unseren Aufenthalt 3 Tage Nebel, keine Sonne und 16 Grad. Im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel ging jedoch KEINE Heizung. Auf Nachfrage mehrerer Gäste wurde gesagt, diese wird erst ab Oktober angeschaltet. Das bedeutet auch, dass man die Badesachen nicht mal im Bad über den Handtuchtrockner zum trocknen hängen konnte und so zur nächsten Anwendung mit nassen Badesachen und klammen Bademantel durchs kalte Hotel lief. Das ist so gar nicht ”med” und eher gesundheitsschädlich. Essen: Das Essen war wirklich toll und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde schnell abgeräumt und alles war sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine Waffel- und Eierstation und auch Abends gab es von Fisch bis Wild, Aufschnitt mit Brot und toller Salate genügend Auswahl. Zimmer: Wir waren in der 7 Etage mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise sauber und die Matratzen bequem. Es war angenehm ruhig und man hört das Meer rauschen. Unterhaltung: Vormittags kann man im großen Becken schwimmen oder im Salzwasserbecken relaxen. Die Sauna ist schön, aber eben typisch polnisch nicht textilfrei. Mann kann nackt in die Sauna, das ist gar so vorgeschreben, aber die Polen kommen alle bekleidet dazu. Die Salzgrotte fand ich auch erholsam. Am Nachmittag spielt jemand live Saxophon oder Geige an der Bar oder im Biergarten ab 20.30 Uhr gibt es Tanz an der Bar. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Wald sind super.

We were already in the shum one year ago at the same season and we had such a good comparison. At that time we were so enthusiastic that we booked back directly on the site. Unfortunately, we have to note that the hotel has developed from “exceptional” to “good”. Many small things contribute to this: there is no more refreshing drink at arrival, the pool bag has been removed on the rooms, and at a la carte food (a lot overpriced prices) there is no more “greeting from the kitchen”, At breakfast, the freshly prepared foods from the map are out of the weekend.
