4* because hotel called self eco. How is it possible when water i the rooms is in plastic bottles and the butter in the restaurant is in plastic boxes too. During the breakfast i couldn’t find bread because was located in the other hall but there wasn’t plates

Five star hotel without working internet in 21st century. I was firsty informed that I should just try to connect multiple times, then that internet does not work for IPhones. So if you own an IPhone and expect working WI-FI in 5-star hotel - better look for a different one. I add one star for good restaurant downstairs.

Niestety pobyt w Marine Hotel w Kołobrzegu był dla mnie ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Obsługa – szczególnie kelnerzy – nie mówiła po polsku, co już na starcie tworzyło dystans i chaos.( Jedynie jakieś pomruki pod nosem co nie powinno mieć miejsca w 5 * hotelu). W strefie wellness było jeszcze gorzej: aromatyczna sauna pachniała jak tynk ze ściany, a nikt nawet nie sprawdzał, w jakim stanie są sauny po ich uruchomieniu. Reklamowane na ekranach poranne ćwiczenia w basenie po prostu się nie odbyły, bez jakiejkolwiek informacji. A grota śnieżna? Kartka mówiła, że jest nieczynna, podczas gdy działała – kompletny bałagan i wprowadzanie gości w błąd. Jedzenie było bardzo sztuczne, od dodatków do gofrów po desery i napoje. Na obiadokolacji wszystkie dania były chłodne… naprawdę przykre doświadczenie. A gdy przyjechałam z psem, mimo wcześniejszej informacji, nie czekała na nas nawet miska. Ten hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnia oczekiwań hotelu o 5 gwiazdkach. 👎
