One of the best hotel in kollam especially about Marco Polo .good vibe, great ambience, superb food, awesome service. The guy ajay who worked there provide us great service. I suggest this as good bar for everyone who comes with their family or loved ones.

The rooms have sea view but the room we stayed executive hadn’t been in use I suppose and suddenly grey water came in the flush tank it got better the next day Minimum parking as the convention centre is actually a theatre that has been converted But hotel is expensive for the amenities

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful(Biswajit & Subrata). The location is just wonderful & Lunch & Dinner food was excellent ..

Stopped by MARCOPOL Bar last Friday, and it was a fantastic experience! The cozy, nautical vibe made it perfect for unwinding after a long shift. Sreelal , was a gem—his quick wit and spot-on recommendation of a QUILON BULL craft cocktail were highlights. The drinks were reasonably priced , and the bar snacks were fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely return for the great service and chill atmosphere!"

A great fail. 2 hour wait to get a room, with the excuse the rooms were being cleaned. After checking in to the room not sure what was cleaned. Dusty tea table, TV not working, no towels in the bathroom. No apology from the staff. Not at all recommended to stay. Dire need of change of management. Little privacy as rooms are connected.
