We stayed at this hotel as a large group from Scotland for a family wedding. What a fantastic hotel we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was wonderful. Amazing staff who could not do enough for us. They helped in everything from arranging taxis, excursions, boat trips etc. The rooms are large and comfortable with various options to choose from, room service is excellent. The breakfast is vast and varied as is the evening buffet where the choice is immense. All the food is exceptional and beautifully presented. I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough every single one of them was courteous, friendly and exceptionally attentive to our every need and the management must be so proud of their professionalism. It is highly unlikely that we will return to this hotel in the future but I’m sure we will never forget this lovely place and cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to book it, just go you won’t regret it. Thank you.

Leela Ashtamudi - The Raviz, it’s a Wonderful property calm and serene. Great location - backwater facing. Courteous staff. Pleasant weather. A hybrid version of both heritage and modern hospitality. Decent food. What more to ask for during travel.

Our experience at The Leela Ashtamudi A Raviz hotel was quite positive. During our two-night stay, we were impressed by the remarkable ambiance. The views of the backwaters were stunning, and the environment was tranquil, complemented by excellent hospitality. Additionally, the cuisine was delightful.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days with our parents and our 2-year-old son, and it was our second time here. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The facilities and ambience are amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — from the restaurant & reception managers and staff to the front office, facilities, and security teams. Our son quickly became friends with all the staff, which made our stay even more special. Everything, from the food to the accommodation and overall facilities, deserves a perfect 10/10. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. The food was good, and the chef prepared dishes per our request, even if they weren't on the menu. All the staff members were very kind and considerate. The facilities were good, with complimentary high tea and boat rides. On the last day, they let our three kids eat for free at the buffet. View in from the hotel was excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the basketball court and add more activities.

Very nice hotel, great rooms and a good swimming pool. The breakfast had a large selection of (primarily indian) dishes. The overall service level was not really 5 star though. Getting transportation from the front desk was not very smooth. Overall a pleasant stay!

Had one of the best experiences ever in Leela. Amazing view with delicious food, best in terms of service and care. A very peaceful environment with outstanding scenery. Special thanks to Mr. Surajit for welcoming us and giving us a hassle free check in with upgrade, very happy with that, and thanks to Mr. Joe who gave us a fine dining experience. Keep it up!
