Overall it is a good experience but I feel the time for preparing the food that they took can be improved and I feel considering their room it is a bit over expensive. Otherwise their food quality and staff behaviour is upto the mark

Close to the airport, but the surrounding environment is not ideal. The rooms are spacious and clean, and bottled water is provided free of charge. Travel early the next day and the breakfast box provided is very good. Polite service staff.

Breakfast is OK, buffet, but there are not many kinds of dishes, such as bread, noodles, rice cakes, etc. There are also fruits and drinks. The location is very close to the airport, walking for 15-20 minutes. Compared with the dirty environment around, it is very good. The hotel staff is also very welcoming and responsive, as well as converters for electrical outlets. The room inside is still quite quiet. It seems to be able to park, but the space is not very large.

Nice to stay in holiday in it was very pleasant stay in holiday inn kolkata airport hotel room was very beautiful and the service was excellent the staffs also very nice very cooperative good tp stay in the hotel i enjoyed the morning breakfast.

I was happy to stay at Fern Residency kolkata. Excellent service .The room was beautiful.Food is excellent and variety of options are available.Hotels staffs are well ***nered and cooperative.Looking forward my next visit.Thanks to Bibhash sir and Tika madam for taking care of our needs during our stay .

The receptionist and the guys from the kitchen were so good and super friendly. The rooms are nice but they didn't have wifi in any of the rooms. The only one who is entitled to the wifi is the MD, which I find ridiculous. For the sake of foreigners who may not want to get sim card(another herculean task), please provide wifi in some of the rooms or maybe the reception area. And oh, I enjoyed the food.

Travellers Beware. It's a total scam, the photos and every amenities listed there. My family recently had a short stay, and their experience is horrible. To start with, no proper cleaning or precautions has been taken for Covid situation. Temperature check is random, and stuffs are not wearing mask always. I booked a family room which was clearly written one double and one single bed and a bug room with balcony or terrace, but upon arriving, they started arguing, that they don't care about what is written on booking confirmation. The ***ager was speaking like he is doing a favour on us by letting us stay. The room was very small, bathroom faucet was not working and it was not even ready upon arrival. And if you are someone who doesn't know be gali, be ready to face hard time as they don't speak anyother language other than bengali and that too in super rude tone. Now coming to the complementary bbreakfast part. Its either bread butter or bread omlet with a small cup of tea. That's all!! Glad I didn't take a package that servers lunch as complimentary. This is tbe worst kind of experience I had with any hotel. Considering the covid situation, when one expect more caution and empathy towards Travellers, these people are only business minded and mean.
