Hotels in New Town, Kolkata

They are pretty good and modern hotel but they should improve their service and stuff quality as per price also i didn’t like their breakfast menu.

Plus :- Very good staffs, Good breakfast and above average rooms.Jusy 20 mins to airport. Minus :- Location is 30 mins away from town.

I was mostly satisfied with the stay in Ibis hotel, but room service was not available when I tried to order meals through the internet.

We usually stay here when stopping over in Kolkata as it's conveniently located. You can catch an Uber to the airport for around 150 rupees. It's located next to a supermarket and just down the road is a nice shopping center. The staff were very attentive and helpful even though it was a busy time.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

Decent rooms, most of the staffs are very good-natured. The housekeeping manager, mr abhijeet, is particularly well spoken and eager to help. He is respectful and good at making sure things are in order. I reduced one star in my rating due to some issues that i faced with the water quality and lack of hot water in the shower. However, these issues were addressed positively. Overall, a good place to stay for work trips.
