Friendly and helpful staff, good location, 20 minutes walk to the subway and Sealdah station. Located on a fairly quiet street, the room was decent for the price.

The hotel stay was below average and disappointing. The room was extremely small and felt very cramped, making it uncomfortable to relax. The shower was not functioning properly, which was a major inconvenience during the stay. Additionally, the strict policy of not allowing outside food was frustrating, especially since the in-house dining options were limited. Overall, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations, and i wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made.

The location is very convenient, only 15 minutes away from the airports. However, amenities could be maintained better. Other than that, everything is good.

Good location if you are traveling for US Consulate and very reasonable price

It's right in front of Southern Street, and there are many things to do nearby, but I had a hard time because it was a little hot because I had a room without air conditioning! It was good though!

The booking was through MMT and the check-in was smooth. The staff is good and keep to them self but are friendly when you approach them. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Coming to the Restaurant: The food is good and have abundant quantities. Overall good experience

Propert says non-smoking but smoke in the window shield is still there. Very poor room service. Tv was not recharged and have to put in a complaint 3 times before it was recharged. Ambience is good close to market good parking space. Rooms are small to fit in 3 people as we made a booking we requested for early check in but was denied and after waiting for few hours they offered a room for 1800 rs for 2 hours which was a rip off when we arrived early they said no rooms available for the while week and completed booked out. Comementsry water we to ask them couple of times before they could provide one. Over all the room services was very poor i would have gone bad but just for the location and parking i give average

Our stay at 1/1 park street hotel was a nice one in the city of joy. Clean and tidy rooms, well furnished with enough space. Although they do not have kitchen but the ordered food well served and managed by the staff. A very good yet economical option in park street prime location just beside hotel park.
