"Я не понял, почему бассейн работает до 9:00 и с 18:00, почему в нём платные полотенца? В остальном пребыванием в Stadel удовлетворён. Отдельно благодарю рецепшн и Соню в частности, барменов из египетского бара и администратора и официанток ресторана, большое спасибо! Буду рекомендовать друзьям и коллегам! А также приеду снова сам."

"One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!"

"The towel rack and safe in the bathroom were positioned too high, making them completely out of reach for a petite person like me. The next day, I asked them to place the towels where I could reach them, but I never used the safe. The chair was also too high and couldn't be adjusted, making it difficult to sit on and dangerous, so I never used it. I arrived late at night and had the wrong date, so there was no reservation for the day I arrived. The female staff member who dealt with me was unfriendly and rude. In the end, I was able to stay thanks to a friend's contact, but the other staff were very kind."
